ha, how they hold up in the park. If you have ever ridden a ski that is 100+ underfoot, you would relize that there almost impossible to ride on hardpack, pipe is a joke, and anything out of powder is dam near impossible.

 
now now, sam you should know better. your pistols are what, 97 at the waist? thats like a pencil width narrower than the gotama, and if your going to go around sayingthe pistols are so great cause theyre fat, then why just throw out all hope for a ski thats hardly noticbly wider than the pistols? ok. then.

my atomics are what, like 66 at the waist? yes. not really a big difference, only 3/8 of inch wider or something. pocket rocket ride good in park and its what 1cm wider than the 1080? strange. ive never riden them so AH!

over a hundo is just to big, 90 is good, 95 is when you start to push it. but 100+ should be left for big bc lines.

Anyway I have tried the Gotamas in a pipe. took wayy to much effort. its truly an awkward thing to use in a pipe.

for volkls here are the ratios between BC and park that I have come up with

Gotama. 100% BC

Explosive 2/3 BC 1/3 park

Pro: 1/3 BC 2/3 park

expression 100% park

dragonslayer 100% bumps/park

use these factors if you can only have one pair of volkls this year.

the pr is good in park and pipe but tis only 90 and still has sidecut. the gotama is 105! thats 15mm bigger adn has pretty much no sidecut.

you need to put a thinner commen ski (like a 1080 or sumtin) next to those to give all these kids a good prespective on how massive those really are.
