1) scare yourself more when ur riding like someone said above. try shit that might end up in an injury if it goes bad
2) take a year off...i missed last season (torn acl) and im going to miss this season too (recovery from the acl survery) but i am sooo pumped to ski.
3) if ur riding some old equipment go and buy some new stuff that would get yeah stoked to ski on em
