Thanks in advance guys... My girl friend wants a tattoo. Small simple on the back of her neck. We have been brainstorming and this is what we came up with. She wants a tattoo that is a butterfly that is made of music notes. Bass Clefts and Treble Clefts we think would be very helpful to give the butterfly its shape.
I wish i was a talented artist but that i am not...
So if you could... possibly draw up some ideas for us. It would be greatly appreciated and karma would be awarded.

Two of the biggest clichés in all of tattoo-dom? I would encourage her to go with something else. Also, back of the neck almost never looks good.

Dude I'm sorry but a tattoo is a life fucking thing. My tattoo's mean so much to me, its sad to see someone mark there body permanently because they think it's cute.
 
hahaha shut up, your tattoos don't mean shit to you, you got them because you think they look cool like everyone else who has them. its not like you read that dumb writing on your arm everyday and are like, 'thank god I have theses stupid words permanently written on me so that I never forget what it says, the words just mean sooooo much to me I could never live without it"

 
Actually i've hated my life for a long time and the script on my back reminds me that no matter what path in life I choose they all may be different but in one I will find something beautiful. The one on my arms reminds me that I need to deal with shit instead of just hiding it under drinking, activities, or just putting it behind a wall. Maybe you are perfect at dealing with yourself, but I'm not and they remind me everyday to help myself
 
A piece of paper isn't what I was looking for. I want these reminders for life, a piece of anything wouldn't get carried with me my entire life, I loose things.

If I can remember astupid poem from another language that I had to recite once 15 years ago then I think you should be able to remember 'the most important scripture ever'.
Im not arguing that the saying and symbols aren't important to you , my point is that their importance isn't what made you decide to get a tattoo. You have not and will not provide any logical reason why you decided to put it on your skin other than its visual appeal.
I have 2 tattoos that I got when I was 17 and 18

What was your super duper reason for getting your tattoos that makes yours any better? Probably because you thought they looked cool. Stop being a fucking doucher.
 
Its not even a debatable subject. if you didn't get the tattoo for the visual appeal you wouldn't have specified the color, location, size, or font that was used. congrats you have 15 years olds who are hoping you send them an xoxoxo message on your side....
 
Well its black and they are both in places that are hidden so I can choose to show them if I'd like but they are more for me so they usually aren't shown. The font type yes i chose on my first one the size spacing and exact placement i left up to the artist. Your right technically this isn't a debatable subject because you are obviously an idiot and I'm not even sure why your mommy let you on the internet. Your prob still the guy who hits girls when he is flirting with them.
 
I just don't understand why you're hating on the fact that she said her tattoos mean something to her. Just because your tattoos don't mean shit and you only got them because they had pretty colors and dragons and shit, doesn't mean other people don't get tattoos for a reason. Yes, looks are obviously part of it, because you wouldn't want to put something on your body that looks like crap, but why can't you have something that looks good AND has meaning to you?
 
because he prob cries himself to sleep at night for being such a jealous person that he has two shitty tattoos that he wanted right on the spot. Now he glares and has repressed memories at the site of ink on skin
 
Thats right just give up and try to be as mean as possible. The fact is you came in here hating and you got it way worse yourself. You definitely wouldn't get that mad if you truly thought I was wrong.

Also I get girls a lot hotter than you, I would get shit for a month if I brought you around my friends.

I think if you make a butterfly from music notes it would look way to cluttered and busy for you to appreciate it IMO. The simplest tattoo's are often the best.

I was waiting for a logically sound reason why a tattoo was the ONLY solution to whatever problems of yours you claim that they have solved. Until that happens you're not any different, any more original, or any better than the girl who wants the butterfly tattoo. Shit, most people on this site think Sarah Burke is hot, don't let it go to your head.

Yes, but in order to get that design it would have to be a pretty large tattoo that wouldn't fit on your neck
