As a side bar and an interesting fact for the day... At my University they are considering sending out emails to people to explain the dangers of unprotected sex. Apparently we have and out break of chlamydia.

Was just talking to one of my old HS teachers and they had to sit down with the whole 8th grade bc of this. They were having rainbow parties and doing coke and shit, mad fucking creepy. My HS shit the bed the past few years.

pretty gnarly dude! i think if you want more realism, the first one might do the trick. ahh i was trying to find a pic of my friends sleeve, it's too good, it's of saint michael and then some battle on cliffs n stuff. it's really nicely done, and realistic.
 
I can't find a pic of it but Paul from that first link drew a pic of essentially a samurai profile in front of a setting sun and it was amazing looking.

They apparently specialize in Japanese style tattoos.

My two biggest problems right now is my mom is from Japan and my dad is super old school (only people with tats are criminals, sailors, and bikers) and well... Japanese people think, still, anyone with tattoos are Yakuza.
 
yeah, i can see how that can be an issue. i once talked to a vietnamese guy, and he said basically if i went to his country then people would think i was a gang member, haha. i guess there's no leeway at all? have you talked to them about it?
 
My dad's experience with tattoos consists of seeing guy's get an anchor tattoo with a girl's name on the scroll only to have that name blacked out when they came back from leave.

I doubt there would be leeway but getting money for it first is the key thing. I'll probably just wait until I move out.
 
yeah, that might work. my friend has a lot of tats, and she's trini, and her dad particularly is super old school. she went about it quite ermmm questionably, but she basically just did them and never told her parents, and if her mom asked her when she got that new tat she would be like what are you talking about? that's always been there. haha
 
I doubt I could really get away with that but I still want that on my back. It's gonna be fucking expensive though.
 
yep! save for both! two piles o money. but for the tat, you don't have to do it all at once either so. you can just do 4 hr sessions sometimes(averages around 400$), and pay every other week. very few people can afford or do get large pieces in one short time frame. i finish my arm almost a year after it started, and it's not even that big in comparison to your back.
 
My first goal is to lose as much weight as possible first though. If I get a tat while I am still fat and then lose weight it will look SHITTY.

Especially with how I might be having some pro level fights coming... having a nasty looking tat would just be... well, bad.
 
lol yeah, fair enough, so it gives you some time then. i thought about bringing that up too. i would assume the shape would disfigure if you lost some weight

also, snowflake is a common tattoo and by the way your going off i bet it means something important to you, but who are you to say a butterfly and music doesn't mean anything to her?
