Andy Mahre & Pep X-games footy

this is rediculous. I am new to NS (just made an account a couple of days ago) but this entire post thread is just plain rediculous. if you really want footage from ESPN , just ask John Symms, he writes things for espn all the time! I am sure he knows someone that could get the footage. If John symms (who is also a pro skier) can't get the footage, why don't know you just pick up the phone and call espn yourself? I don't know too much about tv broadcast but all TV shows have re-runs. if a show has a re-run then the broadcast company must have an archive of all the shows they have ever produced right? since espn makes x-games, someone at the network will have access to getting old footage. but why waste your time with getting old xgames footage? some good ski edits are on here and some you can buy (like 4bi9 look it up or the jiberish edits for free) and before you know it x games will be on TV again.
 
seeing as you are new, i guess that means you dont have to read the thread before you post in it. so im fine with that. but if you did read it you would see that bishop has already contacted espn and such other things and still no footage
 
bishop who? anyway yah you got me, i didnt read the whole thread but thats good that this bishop guy had the same idea as me to call espn.

and jesus christ, how could you spend more than 15 minutes on here and not know who The Bishop is?
 
Wow, I don't expect this to be released any time soon since it's been so long... Probably like that run that somebody showed a page or two ago anyways. If it could be showed that would be sick, though.
 
lol yeah great point.. there's tons of ski movies out there.. no need to see pep and andy using reverse camber skis in the xgames like no one has ever done before...no need at all
 
yeah man.super sarcastic.. hence the scream of anguish afterwards.. i think the guy i was quoting didnt read this thread and didnt understand exactly why we want to see this old footy
 
shit yeah i just got pumped, i dont think well ever see this footage itll go down as one of the greatest ski segments never seen
