Nomensteven had a fine thread the other day on the meaning of the word
"better." How do you define a "better/finer" army? The "better" trained
army? The army that's "better" at winning a war? The army with the
"better" intelligence? "Better" technology? "Better" weapons? What I'm
curious about is what army you'd rather command in a war. A sincere question.
