Here in New Zealand (which incidently, always gets commented on how nice a country it is and how nice the people are by americans), if someone tried to sue McD's because they said it made them fat, they would be laughed at and ridiculed. People just can't seem to grasp the concept of taking cares of themselves in a logical way. Like how some guy put his hand into a vat used for frying chips and got burnt. Now a lot of vats have stickers telling people to not put their hands into the vat. Duh.
