If Kanye outsells 50 Cent when both their albums drop on september 11, 50 cent will stop making solo records. Kanye might be able to do it, any thoughts?
 
both are fags end of story kaynes music is better than 50s but he is the hugest deustchbag to walk the face of the earth so i could never justify buying on of his albums 50s a joke, he did get shot 9 times but they must of destroyed the part of his brain that creates good rhymes cause his music is wack
 
why does kanye work with such good artists sometimes? he does shit with like talib and the game and shit so i try to give him a chance but he just SUCKS.

Kanye's music isnt violent at all, he's actually a genius, might b arrogant, but his music is unbelievable.

50 has been wack since get rich or die tryin, but the new cd looks like he's back.. And instead of hating on what people like dont say anything, i award you no points for your post
 
Id say kanye is one of my more favoured mainstream rappers (hip hop, rap, r&b...who the fuck cares) behind lil wayne.
 
Kanye is good at producing but as a rapper he's not so great... I like his stuff anyway.

Apparently his album leaked but I didn't find the leak anyone found it?
 
wasnt 50 the one that even challenged jadakiss to a rap battle for a million dollars? and it was suppose to be broadcasted on HBO? how fucking lame is that.
 
Ye's new album is going to blow dicks off. it's the only good hip hop coming out that is mainstream these days, and there is a reason he's winning grammy after grammy. Kanye makes dope music, and he seems to have gotten over himself a little bit, so all the better. I would put money on Kanye outselling 50.
 
yeah gotta agree with you there. out of any mainstream rappers, kanye is one of the only ones that doesnt make me want to beat myself to death.

how about liking both artists. i don't know why 50 is trying to say his music is better than kanye's. they are completely different.

i don't know how people are saying 50 peaked after GRoDT, the massacre was some crazy amazing shit. every song was amazing on it. but all of kanyes past cds have also been great.

i'm looking more forward to kanyes album because i really think 50 is done. none of his singles have been remotely good, but stronger was fucking amazing
 
Kanye's production is incredible, but I absolutely hate his lyric delivery and style.

50 Cent is good for club and party banging and that's about it.

Personal opinion. And yeah, it's a marketing.
 
50 has dope beats and rhythyms and melodies and can link rhymes like theres no tommorow.

Kanye has a lot of meaning to his songs (except gold digger) and is very versatile in his lyric topics.

50 just writes about the street life.
 
ehh not really hes pretty good though i prefer like jimi and jimmy paige and iommi and such of that general 20 year era
 
kanye isnt violent. Hes my favorite mainstream rapper cuz he doesnt talk about violent shit. Hes extremely knowledgable and talented

the stuff kanye has produced for common, kweli, etc. is awesome, the guy knows what he's doing in the booth, however, as good as some of his own stuff might be, the songs where he overly draws out syllables just to get it to rhyme kind of annoy me.
 
kanye is talented, but I cant stand him because of how great he acts like he is, I find it annoying when rappers do that, like in Jay Z's songs where he says hes the best rapper alive. The whole self rightiousness that is found in rap more than any other genre of music bugs me, but I still listen to it. As for 50, he used to be pretty good but hasnt made anything great since his first album.
