Damn a lot of unexpected results this week. Its gonna shape up to be a fun season to watch if this keeps up

Crazy game and crazy week 1 so far. So pumped for the Pittsburgh/Washington game tonight!
 
The queens offense was terrible. You wouldnt know it looking at the stats but hill just did not look good. He got so lucky on a few throws that they werent picked off. He just doesnt have the arm strength to hit those throws to the sideline like youre suppose to. They got lucky they were playing a pretty bad titans team. Anyone else and that would have been an ugly game. And dont even get me started on blair walsh

3 pts for AP in the league that I have him (luckily I had their defense in on that roster). Garbage game by the offense. Their d kept em in it, more defensive TD's than offensive TD's is no bueno.

At least the bears lost and are dead last in the division lol

Stafford went fuckin beastmode yesterday with 31/39 completions, 340 yards, 3 tds, and a 79.5% completion rating. Fucking bonkers. And people still doubt him.

Would be better if the packers lost though

I always knew he had the talent, he showed it in his early years. I guess he just needed the right oc to work with. Or maybe having calvin gone in a way is better for him? Make him actually make some reads and spread the ball around rather than purely relying on one guy.

That fuckin rodgers/cobb/nelson combo is so damn lethal, the jags almost had em. They essentially won the game for the pack.

And motherfuckin abdullah and riddick with amazing games too. That winning drive was great, stafford has some deadly weapons to utilize this year as long as teams dont figure them out by halftime which the colts did.

NFC north might be a showdown all year long.

not to mention the O-line is so inexperienced with the exception of a few other players, the pocket still collapses but he was able to get some bullets off to Jones, Riddick, Ebron, etc, in stellar fashion.

I think yesterday showed his potential if he stayed consistent and he could easily be up there in terms of performance like Rodgers and Brady.

The penalty was iffy. But you can't discredit the hail mary. That shit was amazing.

The NFC North does have some good competition this year. I'm expecting it to be much closer between Packers and Lions than it has been in a long time. Vikings and Bears did not start out strong though.

At least skiing is starting soon.
 
shitty playing and insanely dumb penalites but holy wow, 2 called back TD's made me want to rip my TV off the wall and throw it the dumpster all Ron Swanson style. Holy shit, but staffords pick at the end there didn't help either.

oh well, im just glad my family isn't season ticket holders and we aren't paying actual money to be let down anymore. What a fuckin joke, onward to lambeau I guess.

Fans can blame the refs all they want but nearly 27 penalties says to me it was very undisciplined football even if there were a few iffy calls. Lions had the lead till late in the fourth, they only beat themselves. I want our d-line from 2011, that was a fun year.

my favorite part about when the refs make bullshit calls on the lions or any other team for that matter, the league comes out the next day and admits it was a blown call, like that will fuckin change things. Its also even more ridiculous that if players speak their mind to the media and shit all over the league, its immediately met with a fine of some sort.

I completely agree. They're 3-0 with a 2nd and 3rd string QB. I love it. I'm thinking it'll be them or Pittsburgh (I'm a little bias toward Pittsburgh though) in the super bowl. I would love to see a Pittsburgh, Arizona super bowl rematch.

As long as Ben and either Bell or Williams are on the field and healthy then there shouldn't be anything stopping them from a 7th ring.

That's what I'm thinking. If Bell doesn't get injured or suspended, watch out. Combined with AB, they're so lethal. I'm really interested to see how Coates and Rogers develop throughout the year. I think they both have a crazy amount of potential with Ben under center. So excited for NE at PIT in october. I think it has regular season game of the year potential.
 
Absolutely great win by the queens. Their defense is looking unbelievable right now. Wish their offense could march down the field on more than 2 drives in a game though...

I have no idea what happened to Timmons besides it's a lower leg injury and yea I'm happy we're getting bell back next week too, we're still 2-1 after all.
