2014/2015 gear thread

I hate to burst this bubble as I also wish it were true, but unfortunately it's just not true. 14 din FKS/Pivots will keep the same toe piece.

Seriously though...Look/Rossi should really consider changing up the toe on the 14 DIN version, they'd sell so many more of them.
 
Salomon needs to go back to making outerwear like the gsuit and magic suit. But with better waterproofing. Wearing my g suit pants feels like I'm wearing paper towels they absorb water
 
Recoil evolved into the new 92 waisted version. We aimed to keep all the same performace that embodied the Recoil but expand the dimesnions slightly to reflect the fact people are skiing wider skis for street and park. We've also adjusted our size run with the new ski. Rather than the normal 10cm size breaks we've had for awhile, it now comes in 184cm, 177cm, 170cm and 163cm.

I just really like the song.. 'these boots are made for walking..' Thats what they will do better than current ski boots..thats it.. Its for gaper moms not newschoolers..

just like the apex boots. every person at SIA on snow hated them except really old guys that ski groomers lol.

I like the way the technology is going to make ski boots comfier but in all reality if the boot fits it will be comfy... They're definitely getting in that novice old guy department though
 
do they really have to? lol that will sell guaranteed (after seeing it in person that's a no brainer). Companies tend to make products that will sell sometimes... O_O
 
Not hating on the Floral, just saying they could have implemented a little more creativity and thought into it instead of slapping it on a black jacket
 
Fuck yes they are, you might be joking but the truth is they are the only brand thats keeping with the trends that skateboard/snowboard follow.

I'm so happy with that jacket, only armada jacket I would buy in so long.
 
ya 3 years late

all the new armada stuff is really fucking ugly, same with all their outerwear/soft goods since they actually got into that market
 
Armada has yet to make good looking outerwear. I did love the shiny silver jacket from a few years ago though.
