2013-2014 gear

Ha, there was a picture of someone's pup wearing one at the factory; was posted up on FB awhile back. They look like super awesome hats. Definite pickup for me aswell.
 
Disappointed in this thread at only 8 pages. SIA and the OR Shows are in a few weeks. By this time last year we had just about seen each and every product. Come on - let's step up our game!!
 
Ya need to be a donator to see more stuff man. And I also like it that stuff is still semi-secretive and under-wraps, makes SIA an actual surprise and exciting.
 
next years bdog looks fucking ugly... I really liked the ones from last season, the black/grey version if this season is also extremly dope... but that next years bdog... I swear I puked when I first realized it really IS the bdog...

armada looks dope, hope they have some real camo pants (like not just brown/black or white/grey... with brown, olive green and black you know...), also wondering what thalls are gonna look like, or maybe bdog promodels, too? I don't know I'm just an armada fool haha.... but this years outerwear wasn't too cool, really boring patterns, everything symmetric, and a lot of colours looked really bad together, except the green/yellow stuff came out really good, also really diggin the wolf colour stuff

Those Oakley look like a beefed-up O-Frame, maybe they finally made it more comfortable to wear hahaha (smallest ski goggle out there, ever... or at least it fits my face like shit)

TWalls "promodel" looks better than I expected from when I saw it on him in the dew tour... though I don't like that the jacket/pant interface area is the same colour on both jacket and pants, looks like a one piece... but the pants have a really nice colour
 
goddamnit patagonia, stop making such gaper ass colors in everything aimed at skiing/snowboarding. you've used that same 50yo dad blue for the last 10 years, time to move on.

FD actually looks really good in that picture, and I'm really not a fan of their designs in the past. And Wally's suit looks good, but I hate the yellow/khaki combo, black would look dope, or really any other color.
 
I agree. I own fd pants and like them based on them having bibs. So comfy. More companies need to make bibs available. But yeah not liking that colorway at all. In fact neither off those pages has a good looking outfit on them

Yeah, IDK if it's the new s7, looks too JJ like as the s7 is basically a directional ski. I could see rossi adding a fatter ski to their freeski line though, the sickle is only 110mm, I've always wanted a ski with the sickle design, but like 120-125mm under foot.
 
I was totally saying the other day how Oakley should make a new, resvised O-Frame pro sort of goggle. Looks like their doing it here... Excited to see some more colorways of the goggle line this year!
 
Except for the buckled strap on this has touring implications. Not quite the same as a standard alpine boot.
 
I can attest to the validity of his statement. He has the 2013-2014 catalog in his possession.
 
Does anyone know the dimensions of the ski yet? I'd assume it'd be similar to the ARV meaning wider, but closer to symmetrical (armada may never make a true twin). Looks like it has rocker, but not like the halo/alpha-1 elf shoe stuff.
 
This is so untrue. Patagonia is incredibly accomplished in skiing as a high-quality brand, and is recognized by many very good skiers. They make incredible gear, that is used widely by ski-mountaineers, instructors, racers, and many other people who are way less gaper than I can tell you are based on that statement. Just because they don't make ultra-steeze, super-tall. stash-pocket-laced outerwear does not mean they are a gaper compnay.

This so much. All these saga dickriders say fd has too much of a "busy" design and too many random patches of color. They of course changed their tone when this years saga came out
