09 surface

they came out with a rockered ski that is 130 under foot and a line of snowblades( well actually only one but who cares) , the new watch life is 100 nuder foot and all of the topsheets are solid neon colours, you choose which one, (green, pink, day glo, yellow, and electric blue)
 
that snowblade thing sounds really hard to believe.

and a 100 mm watch life would be dope. im on this years and would be temped to go for the 100 mm next year
 
dammmm i love my watchilfes now but 100 underfoot is wayy to muhc for eastcosat ridingg but still sick skis im sure they will be dopesauce
 
They went to SIA, but there was not a Surface booth.

Next year will be ridiculously sick. There are rumors of a longer Live Life and fat park/play skis with rocker among other things.

They could be just rumors though. Who knows.

personnaly i think it seems kind of boring/unoriginal/cheap looking.

i would never buy a capped ski anways, but i think these graphics are a step in the wrong direction for surface.
 
I'm not 100% sure, but I think everything has sidewalls next year.

Sure there may be better graphics out there, but I buy the skis because they ski ridiculously well.
 


i second this, surface skis are rediculiously ill, the live lifes take me from the BC to Park and back no problem. The manufacturing on sidewall skis is some of the best, if not the best ive ever seen. that graphic needs something, i feel like bright color could be a good thing....
 
yeah im not feeling the dark graphic, i hope its not the final graphic that they are using. surface is a company that represents good feelings and having fun and stuff, that graphic just looks like some graphic from 5 years ago when having "badass" graphics was cool. the first years watch lifes and this years live life 2's are easily some of the best graphics ive ever seen on skis.
 
i like there graphics... even tho they are kinda plain i like that much better.. neon colors would be sick tho
