07/08 Ski Picture Thread

I heard the new Marker bindings are fukin amazing because of their super easy touring clip in system, I've heard you can't feel the difference!
 
I'm guessing the blue ones are not a U.S. release, they aren't in next years catalogue. However the new 89 waist twins called the punisher will be the best ski ever made for all mountain. They look like the ski all the way on the right except slightly different colors.
 
it's not a lifter, they are AT bindings. Unless you are putting skins on your ar6's and climbing to the peak the Jestr would be better.
 
ok i hate to quote but since this was on a different page i felt it was justified...can anyone tell me the names of these? i believe that is the mantra, then wall?, then what, then what?....also if anyone has the dimensions that would be great
 
HA HA HA HA, it's called the Rebellion, and if you click on the picture to make it bigger, you will see that it is an optical illusion. The ski is grey in the center, and the sides of it are black so you can't see them in that little photo. So, it is not super skinny at all. I believe it is a mogul ski.
 
It IS narrow, as competition mogul skis are.

Got to play with 185 cm Scratch Steeze today. The ski makes no sense, and photos just do not do its ugliness justice. Disgusting, stupid, not worth it. Think Scratch BC, but fatter, and stupider.

No thought went into the Steeze whatsoever.
 
Those things are probably 190 length+ and 115 in the waist. Huge! So 9ward is still going huh...with all the new models it would make sense that shit didn't work out this year. Maybe they were just taking a year off.

but they are all differently shaped, sidecut and the tips and tails are shaped different on each size
 
I missed the post you were replying to, so I wasn't sure what was up, but I had only heard that the EP Pro came in 185, but I wasn't sure.

On another note, does anyone have info on that clear Dalbello boot a little up on this page? Looks interesting, wider than the Krypton? or replacement for it? cause the 07/08 Krypton is differnt, maybe an additional model?

I think the Duke will retail at about, or just shy of $500, the Jester will be cheaper because it's an alpine only binding.
 
anyone else think that those dalbello's are sick????? also, anyone know how the new volkls are? and what models are replacing which? (I:E Wall replacing karma?)
 
Yea they also have a new model called the Katana which I believe has some crazy shit on it like swallow tail perhaps and reverse camber. I am probably butchering that one right there, but I know that there is a Katana for next year.

i saw cody townsend with the proto type big moutain spks he says that they have a little bit narrower fit and 95 flex. They are like black at the bottom and white on the top with white buckles. he also had the new gun labs which are 108 underfoot and only come in a 201
