Well some places, like Smuggs and a bunch of others, are on state or national forest land. The agreement they have worked out is something like Nov 25th to April 15th, which cannot be changed. The places other than that are just being lame. At least Jay is staying open as long as they can.

I heard they're taking down the park after this coming weekend. Not really sure why they would decide to do that.

You don't need to tele turn all the time. I generally only tele turn in places where its actually worth it, flat shit and park I don't bother. I think it looks pretty good.
