Will a 24.5 solomon boot fit bindings the same as...

Depends on boot sole length. 24.5 measures the shell size, not the bsl. Any self respecting shop will give you a free remount with a new boot purchase, if that is your concern.

    Where to mount Czars?

You bought Czars for back country jibbing? and a little bit of charging you say. It is not a 'jibbing' ski. My recommendation for you is to sell them and get a pair of bacons or hellbents or whatever. This ski is not ideally suited for mounting very far away from traditional boot centre.

Did you find them to be different then any binding you've seen before, or did they make sense to you right away? I don't have them infront of me but when i do, i'll have a look. Thanks for your help.

    New Salomon STH bindings

anyone know how to figure out the forward pressure on the new STH's?? Its unlike any other binding i have seen or had. It has a worm track much like older rossi axials, but nothing that jumps out as the forward pressure markings....

Little problem with the 07 foils [please read]

The Foils aren't a true twin are they? Im not too sure, anyways if the tip has a higher and longer profile wouldnt the ski center be a little back from 166cm/2=83cm. Therefore when the skis are standing next to eachother with one upside down the boot center would be different. On a ski that...

Found detailed Instructions on Mounting Bingdings

unless you already know what your doing, in which case you didn't nee to read that, get a good tech to mount your skis. Not only do you need to get them mounted properly length-wise but side to side aswell, thats why techs use jigs. If you buy your skis at the shop they are getting mounted at...

    Reverse Camber

is this a wake boarding site....no. Iggy and that other guy , i can't remember his name have it right. To say it again, reverse camber is a continuous shape from tip to tail(think about flipping your ski up side down and ignoring the tip and tail) Rocker is flat under foot with the tips or...

PX12TI - Making Wide brakes - need info

on the tgr boards there is an absolutly brilliant thread on bending brakes. I beleive it was for rossi bindings but should apply to looks. i'm too lazy to find it for you but have a look there. hope you find it

    FKS ripping out thread.

In my eyes it is a race binding and is not designed for wider skis, as race skis are generally narrower compared to twin tip'big mountain whatever skis. Also race skis generally have a riser on them. For some reason i want to think rossignol widened the screw pattern on their axial series a...

    PE's alright for my girlfriend?

Yes, In my opinion the PE would suit her well, even though i have never seen her or seen her ski. A picture might be a good idea as mentioned above. The scarlett might also be a good choice as it is a light ski, but the same construction as a mens ski. I'd be hesitant on the nancy as it is a...

2 different settings for buckle on 1080's

I have a high instep and i have found moving the 2nd buckle to the second position creates more room and for me a better fit around my instep. Try it you might like it there or you might hate it, its only a 30 second change over so no harm in testing it

How are the Salomon Scarlet's? Comparable to the Gun?

    Garmont

I'm not too sure about the flex in the Garmonts, but a buddy of mine has them and has told me that they arent a great "inbounds" boot. Definatly great for touring, but if your not into that i'd imagine a diffent boot would be better
