^Usually the people at the front of the machine are at the most risk of dying in a crash (pilot), rotor blades usually cut right through the front.

you don't really need too much protein unless you're a vegitarian or don't eat to much meat. Otherwise it will just turn into fat. Lift weights and gradually increase the weight. Also working out legs can help you add extra pounds.
