Its actually easier to do stuff like tailgrabs and such on longer skis becuase the ski is easier to reach. And I dont really notice the extra lengh when it comes to swing wieght. I would get the 176's or bigger if you can get them. Im 6 ft and on 183's and will never go back to shorter skis.
