Thats a fact... I almost moved out to Bozeman this year but realized theres no way I could afford it and that I would immediately drop out of school and just ski all the time.

I think that I'm gonna be back out in Bozeman over the first week of March and was just wondering how the snow is there that late in the season?

My one suggestion would be to try to make it stand out without looking ridicules, I would try to avoid to many super bright colors and crazy designs, just try to make something thats really pleasing to the eye, yet eye catching.

Those things actually do work, I know a couple of people who have got stuff though the site in my sig! I haven't finished the referalls yet but I'm hoping some of you guys might just be interested?! O and by the way, this thread probably isn't gonna last a real long time before it gets deleted....

I think that the only reason that it would really be worth it is if you want to ski some of the chutes on the moonlight side that are only really accessible from the tram or the big sky chutes that are only assessable from moonlight. But when we were there over xmas we ended up just skiing...

You can do it just with an old candle or something, just rub it over the whole rail and it will make the whole thing slide smoother, especially if theres rust or burrs or anything like that.

My alltel phone doesn't use a sim card... but maybe its depends on phone type or location or something... i dunno

Me and a few buddies are gonna be in Bozeman from about Dec 16-22 and are planning on skiing Bridger, Moonlight, and Big Sky, but we kinda want to take one day and just find somewhere in the Bozeman area to build a backcountry kicker and session it all day. Damnit! I just had to leave the U.P. to come to school downstate. I'm so pissed. But on a better note, 80% chance of snow in K-Zoo and Lansing area Tuesday... But seriously this thread just ruined my day...sooo upset.

Tried that once... then there were mosquitoes, lots of mosquitoes... that ended our fun pretty quick.

I know where your coming from, I went through kinda of the same thing but I came to the decision just to buck up, put up with a couple more years of school, then move out west to be a ski bum till I get real old and then I have a college degree to fall back on. And as far as paid ski patrol...

If your gonna do one in K-zoo let me know, I go to school at Western there and would be more then happy to help out.

Don't listen to anyone who says get a x-o or xtr ... they're way over priced for the difference between them and x-9 and xt. And if your asking a question like this you probably dont even need anything that nice, something like Shimano Deore or LX at most would be plenty. As for the spokes just...
