    Worst collision

    Haha, that reminds me of when I was on a school trip and this asian gaper who could hardly parallel turn was in the advanced group... Well we were on a black (only way to get to bottom at that point) and he loses control and just straightlines it off the main trail... Unluckily for him there...

    Planning Europe Ski Trip (France) Need Advice/Help

    Steezy, resorts called obertauern btw. Best snow conditions are usually end of feb-march. Last season there was powder in late november early december already.. so its really a season thing. That said, if you don't mind sticking to the groomed stuff you should be fine in the period you're...

    Skis.. skis... which skis?

    Going from evogear, it's really between the bridge and the big trouble. Bridge seems to have a shorter turning radius and both are 92mm waist, but the bridges are only available at 169 whereas the big troubles are 166 or 176. At 178 I guess 169 isn't too bad? At the moment I'm gearing more...

    Ski instructor courses

    Thanks for the info guys. I checked out rookie academy and it seems they don't do level 1 but only level 2/3. So I doubt I could just jump into level 2... Know of any places that do level 1 and 2 CASI perhaps?

    Skis.. skis... which skis?

    Alright guys, you lot know a lot more about the dozens of skis out there than I do so I'm lookin for some help. ++karma. Basically, I'm sick of my carver skis (Head C220 SI year.. 2004? 2005?), I outgrew them years ago but haven't got round to buying new ones. Last season I had my eyes on the...

    Racers = sick jibbers?

    Used to be hate between boarders and skiers.. now its park skiers vs racer skiers. Enough hate! Let people ski how they want to... as long as I get first tracks.

    Ski instructor courses

    Was wondering if anyone could help me find an operation based in New Zealand that does CASI training. I've so far only found ones that do NSZIA and BASI. Basically my aim is to get level 2 CASI over summer next year and would prefer it to be CASI as I plan to head on over there after university...
