Yea I took a pic i found that i really liked when i was doing nothing in class where we had to change a pic to make a 'digital image' for a project put my own style into it and reposted it. Wasn’t trying to call it my own if you like it cool if you don’t cool and I could have easily took the logos out but I wanted to support the companies such as joystick its not like I took the pic and made a company and used it to advertise my company I just made it because I thought it would look good with a bit more zing! No intensions of hurting any companies if any thing just supporting them more I don’t see people ripping on anyone who has stolen display pics or ‘recreated� and I’m sure you all download music for free same deal don’t think it's not
is either of you making money off the image? if not, then i dont see what the big deal is. its clear that the kid is just playing around in photoshop a bit with no intent to rip you off and ruin your life in the process. but for future reference, play it safe and either ask someone before you use their image, or if you arent going to ask them, make sure you change it enough so it isnt recognizable as theirs anymore. also, it looked more aesthetically pleasing before you did anything to it.
