All I know is that 4frnt edges are the worst on the market. The skis are absolutely sick, and i have had 3 different pairs of them, but after one season they are 100% trash
no, when you crack an edge on a park ski, the whole entire edge rips out of the ski because nothing is anchoring it in, unless they're a t-flanged edge.
^^^^ orrr edge armor in salomon skis....that dont work...i have some suspects and they blow balls.. they are cracked in 3 different places in each ski and separating from the base...i will never buy salomon park skis again they = shit
The T shape prevents the edge ripping out. The solid profile means although they might hold their integrity in a kind of vertical strike like landing hard on a rail. They will rip out so much easier if you hit a rock. I love 4frnt, I have some, but don't agree with the edge profile for longevity reasons.
