Every time they drop hoodies it takes them 3 or 4 months so I’m not worried but the same shit happens every year with jet too

As someone who prints merch as a hobby and side hustle… 4 months is neglectful. Atleast reach out to explain wtf is going on.. AND the fact that you guys paid $85 for a fucking 2 color print on a cotton hoodie… I love small brands, they all think they’re like Travis Scott or some shit w their merch… it’s hilarious to me because it actually works.
I’d dm them and bother them until they deliver, but don’t try to drag them online or anything, be cool. It could very well be out of their hands at this point, meaning someone else is printing and shipping these things out and is either asleep at the wheel or experiencing issues. Either way someone should really reach out and reassure customers.

My guess is they are skimming by as a relatively new and super niche company. I bet they have a specific threshold of sales they need to hit in order to start production. Also probably shipped via cargo ship to save money which adds 3 weeks when you throw in customs etc.

Radio silence is never a good sign. You need to have a certain level of honesty when running a business. Even if you're not really a business once you're selling merch you kind of are. Be straight up with people. Even if it's not good news, there's delays, product came out weird, unexpected costs, aliens ate the shipment. Just tell the people what's up.
As much as I can understand when people get scared to talk to the customers about things working out, I can't support it.
People aren't even worried about refunds genuinely. They bought the hoodie, poster, skis, whatever because they were hyped on it. Be straight up and honest.
