This is the reason it's nice when people are straightforward with customers. Even if things take time it's nice when a place lets you know, and people are genuinely cool with it. Sure maybe something is shipping late af but it's coming.
Radio silence is never a good sign. You need to have a certain level of honesty when running a business. Even if you're not really a business once you're selling merch you kind of are. Be straight up with people. Even if it's not good news, there's delays, product came out weird, unexpected costs, aliens ate the shipment. Just tell the people what's up.
As much as I can understand when people get scared to talk to the customers about things working out, I can't support it.
People aren't even worried about refunds genuinely. They bought the hoodie, poster, skis, whatever because they were hyped on it. Be straight up and honest.
Radio silence is a fucking dick move after you take somebodies money. I don't care what crew you are or how much, that's a dick move.
