Zootspace Hoodie Scam??

today marks two and a half months since i dropped 90$ for a zootspace hoodie, still have received no word other than the confirmation email. No hoodie, no email or instagram dm reply, no tracking number, nothing. i am a broke college student who wanted to support some cool skiers but i still don’t have my product months later. what the fuck. anybody else stuck with this problem??

also am I wrong to think zootspace wasn’t a crew? Thought a bunch of people compiled clips for that shits even though they were shot for zootspace specifically, I don’t think it was all a crew.

my point being so who actually gets the money from these hoodies?

Bruh I bought a used zoot hoodie off of Alex Hackel and the dude shipped it to me from Sweden in like two weeks.

They got y'all fucked up fr, you could deadass have ordered it from Shanghai off Alibaba.com and it would have shown up sooner. God bless, hope y'all get your hoodies soon.
 
Were the hoodies made to order? If they already had the hoodies made and it's taking 2+ months just to ship them, then that's ridiculous. That's a shame it's taking so long. My hoodie came reasonably quickly so idk what's going on here. Hopefully everyone who ordered ends up getting their stuff.

I mean it makes sense to do a single order to make sure it's what you wanna order a couple hundred of first. Taking all purchases as preorders means they don't have to front any money for the bulk order and can be sure to not buy too many and sit on stock or lose on potential purchases. Still kinda shady to not disclose that none of the hoodies have been made at the time of purchase.
 
I bet they will show up eventually, but you guys gotta think a little harder about where you are sending your money away to. As someone said above “zootspace” isn’t even a cohesive ski crew, and they certainly aren’t an apparel company, so there isn’t really much holding them accountable for sending out those hoodies.

For sure, but it's pretty shitty. I get being cautious buying stuff but these kids watched the movie, probably a bunch, and were trying to support. Skiing is a pretty niche industry at least the "core". Shit happens but it's always a bummer to see issues come up. Hopefully just bad planning and everyone eventually get's their hoodies.
 
I just talked to the Zootspace CEO. He said that we all have to watch ZOOTSPACE three times in a row while sacrificing all of our coffee tables to the fire gods in order to receive your hoodies.

I think ski crews can be pretty fluid in general. Some more than others, but it's pretty common for people to be filming with different crews for different projects, even during the same season. Anyway zootspace has been selling stuff for years now and it's a shame that people haven't got their stuff this time around, and that there's apparently been no communication.

there’s never been communication, when i ordered my jets all i got was a confirmation email then like 3-4 weeks later they shipped out followed by kind of a wack post on their IG

1. way cheaper

2. Got to me from Finland within like 8 days of paying them

It’s really not that hard

Damn I went to buy one and they were sold out so Imma blame you for that. On a serious note I do hope that this incident doesn't disuade people from buying stuff from other crews like paaku, child labor etc

Wearing my paakku hoodie rn proudly. Shoutout to those guys they were so nice and helpful with coordinating shipping to the US and the transition from euros to USD.
