So first off i would post in 420 cult but I am not a member so someone should let me in.

Second, anyone seen these tubes around? They are called ZOB. They make only glass on glass tubes, in tons of varities. They have tons of different lengths, single, double, triple perc, everything. There is a shop near me that has tons of them in stock, and they seem fairly priced. There is a single perc beaker bottom that looks pretty nice but I don't know anyone that has had any experience with these things. I would buy a roor, but the ones sold in the Boulder are rediculous expensive, the ZOB looks like a cheaper alternative. So if anyone has ne experience help me out with a post.

Also their is a rumor that ZOB means cock in farsci or Arabian or some shit?
 
yeah for the same price of a 16 inch ror you can get a 26 inch double perc laser cut domanater. at least in portland.. yeahy... i find that they are to narrow... and you cant milk it that well.... and really laser cut does not make a huge differance.. about 10 percent in a better seal.. now the defuser....the female stem at the bottom with a seris of holes or slots cut or drilled into it does help cool the smoke better... but reaallly... it does not make a huge differance... any bong you rip will doo.. and btw... 420 cult let me in
 
there was too much hate and ignorance in 420, so new members got put on hold. If you seem straight enough, you might get let in.
 
Are you talking about the ones at Mile High, the glass on glass chambers? Those look sick, but I dunno if I would want one. Yea, it'll make it a lot easier to clean, but it seems like it would make it more of a hassle to smoke. If you want that style, I'd say go with the ZOB without the glass on glass tubes. Mile High has a lot of different shit in the ROOR style. But I've never hit one, so I guess my opinion isn't really that valid.
 
dunno. my favorate bong of all time i had custom blown for me and it was a double perc but i could take it out and it was your standard rubber grommet setup but man u could fill it with ice and it was beuatuful ,, i miss it i sold it but i know the kid who has it and i use it all the time... its like roor ans zobs dont have the "charater'' or the right bubble sound for me.. i think glass should repersent yourslef i know i spend like a month looking at one peice before i buy it.. but not like if its a chillum or ubie

 
aight well those of you who havent smoked roors...you are missing out. they are some of the nicest bongs you can get and they are well worth the price of them. i smoke out of one almost every day and let me tell you it never disappoints. if you have the money then id definately say go for it.

but as for that ZOB brand, ive never seen one of those.
 
funkengruven, I am talking about the ones at Mile High. My friend has one that is a single perc that I hit and it was really smooth and nice, less drag then the phx style percs. i was just wondering if anyone has owned one for awhile and knows how durable they are.

You can buy a basic bong and add on accessories to make it work like a champ with half the cost no doubt. Either way, you'll get high, so why not get high for a cheaper price?
 
you are kidding right? The shit they carry is all cheap low quality pretty much, at least the one in Boulder. They really have no top label shit like roor, phx, etc and there "local" shit is all really thin glass and overpriced. And no, a low cost bong is not the same as a top label roor, the roors are so much thicker, more uniform, and just generally nicer. Most Roors people have hit are the cheap ass ones, the really nice ones and German ones are so fucking nice. The ZOB i am trying to get some semblance of a reply about are pretty much ROOR knockoffs just wondering how the quality is, i have heard rumors they are made by the US division of ROOR glass.
 
i personally would never get a bong unless it was custom handblown and at least 2 feet tall. glass on glass with an ashcatcher perc. but that shit would be expensive.
