Zippo Problem!

Ok, so I bought my first zippo, and got the smaller version in a titanium finish.

after I filled the fuel cell and put it back in, the fuel cell slides in and out very easily, and constantly falls out. how do I fix this?

either stretch the base of the fuel cell out to make it snugg oe squeeze the case in to hold it in. thats what i did

Isnt there like a foam pad that flips open and back to hold the cell in place?

no, thats inside the fuel cell. keeps the fuel in

well how is it sliding out unless its upsidedown? why would it be upsidedown without the lid on
