Zippo lighters

On my birthday i went to vans warped tour with a couple people. I got my first zippo lighter and its only been like 2 days and they flame is already gone. therer is a little blue flame at base where the sparke is but ya. Do they always go by really fast? how much for butane?
 
there's a little hole in the bottom of your lighter you can by lighter fluid and put it in the flame should start after that.
 
let me at that this is not a real zippo. it said zippo on it but there is no hole but i ca take the metal part inside out

 
ya that is like most zippos then, you should be abe to remove the metal casing from the outer shell where you should see a foam pad inside. Buy rosinal (sp) lighter fluid and then fill the sponge until it is fully damp but not overflowing so that it doesn't cover the lighter. The put the outer shell and inner shell back together and take some type of cloth or towel to wipe down the zippo removing any excess lighter fluid. It should work perfectly after that and you will have to refill zippos fairly frequently depending on their use and if they are not used for a prolonged period of time the sponge will naturally dry out on its own.
Depending on the zippo their should also be excess wick inside the body of the zippo so after a while you may have to take a set of needle nose pliers and pull the wick further up if it has begun to deteriorate.

^^ Yup, just got to refill it with lighter fluid. in then watch zippo tricks on youtube like "legally blind"
 
Sounds like you need fuel, find out how if it isn't real.
I don't like using zippos, because if i am lighting a bowl it has a horrible taste. Just get a bic lighter, and only use the zippo for lighting J's, or if you smoke cigs (which are disgusting)
