Yeah terrorists will never ever be able to detonate and nuke in the US primarliy because they can never obtain one. Even 1 is expensive to build and very complex, a nuclear explosion is out of the question. A dirty-bomb would be more realistic but what i think is there could be a real 'plague'. a biological weapon would do a lot more damage than a nuclear weapon and would be easier to get a hold of. Somthing like smallpox or maybe a wide spread chemical dispersion would harm a lot of people.

The yellowstone thing is opposite of what you said. If a volcanoe were to errupt it would actually increase global warming. The ash would get into the atmosphere and creat a cloud which would trap the heat in and magnify the it all.

Lets say that terrorists did some how obtain a nuke, how the hell would they get it over to the U.S., with a backpack? They wont be able to get their hands on any intercontinental ballsitic missles to get they warhead to the U.S. Even if they did get everything you need to send a nuke over, we still could just blast that shit out of the sky with a patriot missle or something. Not to mention, if they did attack us with a nuke or a dirty bomb, they would probably be fucked. I think that after 911 the government has more backing by americans to get away with bombing the shit out of the middle east even more so than what we have already done.
