ok so its neems like the age of the bandana has been out grown. i mean would can blame it too, the wind always went through, it would spin on u, and i would ALWAYS freeze. so now we have move on to neck gaiters and yowies., but which on is better? the yowies seem more veritile, but the neck gaiters seem like they would do a better job. also i which one looks better. u tell me NS, which do u prefer.

yeeeup ^^^

Arctic yowie is amazing. and soooooo sick. i wear mine on campus and people always ask what it is.

its been a month and a half since i bought my yowie and it hasnt come yet and their customer service isnt really that helpful.. but other then that i hear they work well.

just send them an email this happend to me and i got like 4 artic yowies free :) there customer service is dope!

mhm im from canada and they said it was stuck at the border but when i asked them to track it with my order number they didnt do it and when i looked it up it had nothing, so i suppose it never left OT.

How warm are the regular yowies? I was looking into getting either a regular one or an arctic one since they're so cheap and people seem to love them, but was worried that the arctic yowie would be too warm, since it's usually in the 20s or so when I ski. Should I just get both? Also, does anyone know of any stores that carry them, or do you have to order online?

i was wondering this too, i will maybe grab one if i see one in a store, but im not gonna order one...ill live with my awesome carhartt balaclava til then

The arctic yowie is perfect. It has a thicker and warmer neck gator section and a thin one for warmer days. You pick how you want it to work.

Is that somebody knows what the pro uses?

It is triangular like bandana but longer and its made from a ''special'' black cloth ..

The folks at Ourdoor Tech are sooo legit to deal with.

Way down to earth and super nice guys. I own three of their arctic yowies and a few other knick-knacks they sell all of which exceeded my expectations.

One of the seems of my Yowie blew out the first time I put it over my head, however it was clear I had a lemon. I facebooked the company and within the hour I had a message in my inbox asking me for my address and that they would send out a new one of my choice right away.

I've tried emailing them a few times and though they are fast at responding, I've found that facebooking them is much faster.

Legit company with a legit product!!

there is another product just like yowie only their designs are insane. they come in a few different materials. i thought i had it book marked but i cant find it right now. does anyone know what im talking about? because i really think they're so much cooler than yowies.

yowie's are dope!! the guys that run it are dope. sick little company. i have worn bandanas for years and always look like a spanish artist with the bandana spun around so the knot is in the front. Bought one wore it one day called back and ordered 4 more. i think the regular yowie is enough for mild days but artic gets it done when its like 20 or colder.

i still wear bandannas, am i not cool anymore????

but in all seriousness when its cold i have a few gaiiters i wear, i do want to buy a yowie to see what all the hype is about and see if i will become a fan

its all about a black gaitor with murdered c-bars and black beanie/helmet. then a SUUPER bright jacket

what is a yowie. i went on their website but i dont know what it is.

Is it like a warm bandana that you tie around your neck? or is it like a neck gaiter?

Right now I'm wearing a turtle fur neck gaiter and it is way way to warm and isn't the coolest thing. Is yowie the thing for me?

a yowie is like a spandex sort of material tube. it goes around your neck/face/head and is flexible, very breathable(sp?), and warm. IMO, they look sick and are extremely comfy, and i would reccomend an artic yowie to you
