Yowie/Arctic Yowie headgear?

search it there was a good thread not long ago

and i have the regular and when not folded over its super super thin and stretchy
 
i just got my yowie and artice yowie today. even the regular yowie seems warm, but i got the artic for those really cold days. they're really comfortable. I cant wait to get to use them on the slopes.
 
its not any thicker because then it wouldn't be very easy to breathe through but a good portion on the bottom is just a fleece square. you could fold it over to make it thicker
 
Yowie's are the best. I love mine but does anyone else have trouble breathing through it when it gets wet? It clings pretty tight to your face but when its wet it gets like sucked in my mouth when i breathe and I feel like I'm getting water boarded.
 
you just slide it over your head til its around your neck, then pull it over your face. if you have an artic yowie and want to use the fleece, you just fold the fleece inside of the spandex material so i makes a tube and just wear it like i said before. sorry if that made no sense
 
I have had both and I never used my Arctic when I had a regular one. The regular one is super comfortable and warm. There just isn't any need for the Arctic one in my opinion.
 
I have both too, and i always wear the artic one whan im skiing. Yes its cold here in quebec. I wear the normal one when im shoveling and other thing beide skiing. I would suggest you to buy more then one, i was skiing powder this week and my yowie was a frozen. So i change it at lunch. I can get picture if you want, for reference
