there is a way, it downloads them as an .flv and then you need a .flv player to play them...you can figure out the rest from there

I think you can with google videos but I don't think you can with youtube.

there is a way i figured out to download google videos as .wmv i believe

right click on the download link on the right and open it with the notepad. There will be a bunch of code and a link, copy and paste the link into your browser and you download it as .wmv

you can find a little program to download videos from youtube.

the name : YouTube.Video.Downloader

if you know how torrents work, you can find it very easily
