hey,

I just wanted to let everyone know that Jonny Moseley Mad Trix 2 has been 'postponed' indefinitely.

I know CorkedWormTurn (and the other haters) will be happy. I won't dwell on that sad fact, but to say, we tried our hardest. we only had 9 months to make a game and that was too short. but we still tried, knowing we could build another, better, game... and we were making a far better game this time around, it really was amazing.

Anyways, i just wanted to say, i believe in this sport, i believe in its future and the one fortunate aspect of working on this game, is that i have gotten to know several of the pro-skiers and cannot imagine a better group of people to be around and to be friends with.

and finally to matt, thanks for you do, i wish only the best for you and this site. next time in whistler, i'll buy all drinks again ;)

well that just sucks, thanks for all the good pics for whistler, i cant believe they made you put all the work into it and then cancled it.

I can honestly say, from talking with psywar in person, on the phone, and on the computer that he poured his heart and soul into skiing's only real game. Staying up all night, working 7 days a week, just to tweak the game a little more.

Everyone knows that JMMT 1 wasn't the greatest game ever made, but I can confidently say that JMMT2 was going to step it up. The developers of the game were making amazing efforts to ensure that the game was made to the desire of the skiers (us!).

So thanks Jim and Kudo for all your work. Here's hoping that someone else picks you up and lets you build the game you know you are capable of making.

i know some people hated 3do in general but i was actually waiting to play mad trix 2, shame this is the outcome, hareys right, hopefully someone else picks these guys up and brings us this game

man, that is terrible. Sorry to hear the news jim.

It is probably amazingly putting your heart and soul on a project for about 1 year and then out of no where, your production company just kills it. I hope the best happens, and a company will see the potential in a freeskiing game and pick your team right back up.

don't give up hope yet...

WOW, as you all know I am always the guy that is very stoked on the direction the sport is heading and that everything is going well. But this truly is a large set back.

Jimmy and Kudo, you are both truly great people and I wish you nothing but success. If there is ever anything you guys need some help with, I'm there. Or if you ever need someone to party with, I'm there!! haha

try to the company that made Amped that game would be amazing if it had skier instead of snowboards....and is JMMT2 only guna be for Playstation 2 Again???

Newskoolkavana: there isn't going to be a jmmt2... so I'm guessing it won't be released for playstation.

hey man, i know you worked your ass off on the game and we were all stoked for the new and improved. Can you tell us why the game was posponed? and one last favor if you can, If you guys didnt destroy any of the info on the game, or if you have anything left, could you post one or two screen shots just so we could see what would have been? If not, its 100% understandable.

what do they do with all the work they have put into the game? do they just destroy it all or put it all into storage incase they decide to continue on with it in the future.
