What are you worst customer/guest stories?

I work at the information centre in Whistler and I had a man yell at me for half an hour because the Whistler Mountain Gondola was closed. He got angry becuase sightseeing was olny happening on Blackcomb.

What are your guys most annoying/memorable experiences?
 
i yelled at a woman cuase she reneged on a 2 hotdogs for 5 bucks deal at the A's game in oakland cause her supervisor wouldnt sell them to me at 2.50 so i payed 3.50 per (drunk) and demanded 2 dollars at which point i became violent and stormed in the back door to the concession stand and was promptly kicked out much to the amuzement of my buddies
 
I'm park crew at my hill and I was clearly working on a jump late at night. I had poles blocking it off, a rake in hand, and I was wearing my employee jacket. And this guy stops next to the jump so I was like, okay he can chill there. Then all of a sudden his kid fucking skied around the poles to go off the side of the jump and my rake was so close to hitting him.

So I turn to the dad and I'm like, "Can you please not allow your child to do that again when someone is working on the features. Either him or an employee can get hurt, it's very dangerous".

He began to tell me that I couldn't tell him what to do, what his son did wasn't dangerous, and how I will never make it in a service industry with the 'attitude' I had. Then he asked the name of my boss and all this shit and kept flipping out about how 'rude' I was.

 
hey I have an idea! let's try on some white ski pants, 10 minutes before closing, then walk around on the cuffs of them for HALF A FUCKING HOUR while you leave all your personal shit in the change room. Then why don't you sit down and talk to your friends in the pants while blocking out the sound of your kids tearing the store apart and us telling you that we're closing. then, after you whip out your American Express Black, i DARE YOU to try and haggle another 5% off the pants.

I work for my father's at&t store, we open at 10am. I had a customer tell me that i didnt deserve to live cause I wasnt there at 8am. our hours are very clearly posted in the store windows. WTF is wrong with people.
