theres nothign wrong with that i got the car i wanted but i paid for it and i still am.. look man stop with the elitest comments on how you have the coolest sound system and how its so great.. to tell you the truth i think people have more respect for cars that are slower than most and have made into quick peppy cars rather than a fucking rich motherfucker who went and bought a z4 or its equivalent

the one bad thing about volvos are that they have no clue how to build a reliable engine, mine goes into overdrive all the time on its own, they just suck at engineering turbos, especially high compression ones like in the 850 turbos, but if youre driving a GLT youre still screwed, they drive nice though

now that i think about it, i don't think atlantaski was bragging about his car. he was just saying what his speakers are in. if his speakers were in a regular cab truck, he would have less space, and could fit less in there.

not necessarily true man. i used to have 4 type-r 10's and two alpine component sets (6.5's and tweeters) in my regular cab chevy.... you just have to konw how to use the space you have available

a buddy of mine and 6 audiobahn 10's and like 4 compnotes sets with all sorts of amps and 3 screens in his lightning (it was a professional install though, and his truck is sponsered/show truck)

it is true man. you can fit more in a station wagon then in a regular cab truck. it doesnt matter how much you pack in that truck, theres more room in the wagon.

 
well yea .. that part is common sense. more space/room = more stuff.

but its also how you use the space you have available, you can fit more than you think into a reg. cab truck

atlantaski, its not that your car is crappy or good, its that youve had like 3 since you got your liscence and your not even out of college (or in, i dont know). most kids i know dont get like 3 cars before theyre like 25. unless you work on cars and repair them, having a car is a privelege (sp), and having a bumpin ass system is even more one.

Thankfully some people here are defending Volvos. My dad's 2004 s40 is a ton of fun to drive and even our 2000 xc70 isn't bad to drive. The fact is, volvos are the safest cars on the road and will last forever.
