Your Story of Finally Wosing Weight?

For the past few months, I have been getting tons of exercise, destroying my old eating habits, and losing weight in general. However, i am beginning to get back into my old eating habits. I eat food when in not hungry because I'm bored. I am starting to eat too much and i will soon destroy all the progress I've made. Im not that overweight or anything i just want to be skinnier. What is your story, and or do you have any pointers?

What a wake up call. I guess ill have to cut down from 6 churros as a midnight snack to 4 churros as a midnight snack....

My BMI is technically underweight, my metabolism is high, and I am very happy and lucky to have the body I have. /claim

just sick of fatties like you wanting a pat on the back for doing something that should be a given; congrats that you now arent a type 2 diabetes candidate, a burden on society, and slowly killing yourself by clogging your arteries

When your hungry replace your shitty foods with good foods. Buy fruit instead of chips and peanut butter instead of other shit. Just find healthy snacks.

Peanut butter contains a ridiculous amount of fat and is full of shit that's bad for you. I fucking love peanut butter

Well this is what happens when this thread has been made at least 3 times in the last week.

When the "There is no such thing as good Molly" thread was made 4 times I turned the last two into a discussion about how Molly Ringwald went downhill hard.

Pretty sure the point of the Molly threads were that Molly is dangerous and you should not take it.

Last time I checked saying "don't take this dangerous drug because it could kill you" is positive and healthy

Also the article from the molly threads were way more interesting than "I'm trying to get healthy. What's your story?" which every one of these threads has been

I lost some weight this summer and my girlfriend got mad at me. I guess I got too skinny. Can't win 'em all.

I liked this thread. Pretty sure you're the one who complained about the direction of this thread and were the first to engage the guy who shifted the focus.

And if it's not interesting, funny, or engaging what is the point of making a thread?

Dont be a boring fatass and just do other things rather than eat.

Ok OP?

All peanut butter contains a shit load of fat. It's only recommended as a healthy snack if your gonna exercise because it does give you energy but if you're like "I'm gonna swap this cookie for three spoonfuls of peanut butter" and expect results based on your diet you're not gonna see much progress

Well we're talking about a simple swap not a full on eat only fat and protein diet used to treat epilepsy

Listen to your body, but don't eat for fun. If you need a snack, try dried fruit or something that is filling and not (overly) processed.

Don't think of food as food, think of it as energy. So put the best energy in your body. Which happens to be veggies and lean meat, good fats, and good carbs if you want them. Takes a bit to fight cravings, but it's all mental. Don't be a bitch about it. You can make eating healthy very tasty too.

I didn't quote the fat part for that reason, it does have a lot, but the majority of fat in natural peanut butter is unsaturated which your body needs

I just looked at the two jars of peanut butter I have, one natural and one generic. The ingredients and nutritional information are virtually identical
