Your Rights in School?

What are my rights in a school regarding the constitution. Which rights are removed or modified, and which rights stay the same? Such as, search and seizure, right to remain silent and freedom of speech?

Also, which court cases have made it so these rights are removed or modified?

Any helpful insight is appreciated. Don't turn this thread into a shit show please.

Basically none, there are court cases where the school has been ruled to have a right to search lockers, cars, etc...

You are on school property, their rules buddy. Trust me I fought this fight in highschool and its a losing one.

Yep, I actually spent the last day of highschool in the VP's office wondering if I would graduate or not. Fuck the system.

Seriously though, its best to just go with their flow till your out of there, because college is total fucking freedom.

When you sign that student handbook think at the beginning of the year, you basically sign your rights away. One of my friends never signed it and got iss (can't remember why) and he just said he didn't know he couldn't do it. Got out of it, but then they made him sign it haha.
