How many of your goals have you completed this year.



My goals are:
get 3's with grabs, get 5's, Get the shotgun, Get the kink rail, get spins/switch-ups on rails, do spins off bigger jumps, be more confident on rails, and to be steezy.

The ones I've accomplished: I got a couple 5's, I got the shotgun, I got the kink, I got 270 off on every rail, and there are still no jumps bigger than 15 feet in my park.
 
So far i have, frontflipped dropped bigger cliffs, nollied on, spun on, disastered, fived, lipslide, gotten better at moguls, truck driver while grinding thats all I can think of now that I have done so far
 
i havnt skied alot this year but i learned 270 on, got both 2's off most rails and both switch ups on my rail at home, oh and watever that trick will wesson does, but i land it like 1/10 tries lol
 
540 with grabs, tweaked mute, first 7, switch 3's, 270 out of boxes. Still working on switchups, 2's on, flips, and zero spins. ITs odd that I find it easier to spin switch than just a zero spin. Any suggestions?
 
got my first 270 on, pretzel, blind sw up, blind 2 out, flatspin, misty and thats pretty much it /end claimfest
 
i didnt really set any goals. but i did make myself proud today. i was doing switch 1's over a 55 foot jump. and tried some zero spins over it, but fell. felt like that was an accomplishment.
 
I remember wanting to 5 consistantly and front flip. I have done both and now I am working on misties. I also want to back flip.

I have a new goal for rails/ boxes and that is all four 270s on, all four sw ups, and all four 270 outs. I have all four 270 outs on rails and boxes but I have 2 sw ups for rails and boxes and I only have 2 270s on for boxes and sometimes 1 for rails. I also want to learn 2 450s out and learn to switch on right foot forward. I can only switch on to unnatural or whatever. If I don't get hurt I might try a switch front flip.
 
its cause you look over your shoulder on the in run when your going switch, and when your in the air your looking at the landing which makes your body want to turn that way. a good way to start out learning them until you get better, and on a small jump, would be to look up hill right before the lip so your body doesn't want to turn. from there you could either just trust yourself to land if its a small enough jump or you could look around and spot your landing.
 
well i would like to be workin on my 5's and 7's and more big switch spins but i havent found a jump bigger than 7 feet... fuck not skiing a park once this season

 


So far this year I have been working on my switch skiing, which I have been getting way better at. I also slid my first rail last weekend and today I hit a flat box, down box and a fat C box, so I am pretty stoked right now. If you really set your mind to it, you can do it.

For later... I want to get 3's and 180's with grabs off some decent sized jumps. I can do little 180s off of the jumps on the sides of runs, but I want to try them on some bigger jumps. I would also like to get 270's and switch ups down.
 
I've gotten all four 270s, frontside switch up to frontside 270 out, k-feds, hippy killers, and I want to try and get 3s and 5s with grabs. I also want to learn to pretzel.
 
i had 2 relearn both switchups, which i got, 270 on pretzel 270 off, unicorn, some urban rails i didnt get last year, but i still cant spin jumps for my life

my park season is just starting finally but my goals are cork 5,7 and 9. also get my spins with a lot of different grabs. also dial my 270 on rails.
 
ive gotten misty 7, cork 7, grabbed mistys, flares, pretzels, super feds, some bindsoul variations and some more pretzely stuff.

still on the list, grab 9's, spin switch both ways, rodeo

nose block (today), better 3 and 5s, buttered 3s and ski ballet shit, rightside switchups on kinks and flats, shifty to 180 off cannon, good tailpress and nosepress, brokens, hand drag 1s, cork 3 hand drag, rightside 270 off, leftside 270 off, 270 on to sw up, and hand drag variations off cliffs and jumps.

Its my first year skiing but so far I have 3's rails and boxes and I'm jumping pretty good...I hit a good sized 40 foot table but then over jumped it on the second run and blew out my big toe ha
 
ive learned 270s on, sw ups, surface sw ups, k feds, a couple flaily pretzels, butters, and shiftys onto higher rails.
 
my goals were to get big spins sw with grabs... check, pretzels on rails ...check, not be scared of rails really high off the ground... not check severely bruised tailbone and dislocated shoulder.
 
so far ive just gotten alot smoother in my skiing, gotten both switch ups on most rails, 270 on, spinning a bunch of stuff with grabsMy goals are rodeos and corks
 
i progressedc so much, for only switching to skiing at the very end last year i got pretty good.

3s,5s withs grabs, 270s on and off, kfed, 450s off, pretzels, switch on, front and blind switchups.
 
learned 270 on, 270 on urbans, both switch ups, k feds, blindside 270 out, broken grinds, got super confident on all rails, and got alot steezier. As for jumps i'm not doing so well this year...
 
ive tryed a couple of things so far that i find are pretty fucking sick.

rodeo today but i fell on my side after landing it and ate shit on the smuggs quality landing and now my hip hurts

2 in pretzel 2 out almost all the time

this weird trick where one of my skis is switch and the other one is reg onand i pop onto to a rail. and i got it with a 2 out a couple times jea. im waiting on a vid so that it doesnt sound too much like a claim.

truck drivers (just in straight airs but i was never able to get them until this year)

legitish grabs in my spins

thats about it smuggs hasnt made decent sized jumps yet so i cant try much new stuff on jumps

 
i surpassed all my goals on rails and landed every trick I wanted to, I wont claim.. I wanted to get 9s and I tried one and landed but my skis ejected, I have been improving on jumps but I have to push myself more!
 
call me a noob, but this year imma work on solid 3s and rails.

im thinking bout picking up a cheap pair of twins by the end of the season, but until then i have some salomon all mountain skis:P
 
I got front sw up both ways, 7's, noillies on and nollie 180 off knuckles. lip blind 2 out.270 on sometimes. I have gotten sooo much more confiednt on rails and that is great for me because I can do them all now which I'm happy about.

I still want to learn sw 5, 9, k feds and consistent 270 on then go to 270 off.
 
under flips, 450s on and off and pretzle, backside switcht ups.. learned corks as well hm what else um hand drag 3s next weekend is rodeos! and begining to grab corks
 
Went about 30-35 ft out and 25 feet down off of a road over some trees yesterday, and it's one of the cooler things I've gotten this year.

Did a k-fed on an up down up down too.
 
my goals.. 7's with good grabs learn 9's, cork 5's and 7's, switch 5's and 7's with grabs, and rodeo 5's. all i got so far is 7's with good grabs and sorta switch 5's
 
I started out the year not knowing how to ride and now I can 2 on 2 off seperatly and together, 2 on switch up flat to down switch on 2 off, 3, 3 safety, tried a frontflip, 360 handdrags, both 2's off and both switchups.
 
oh ay i also learne lipslides, got good at nosepresses and tailpresses, and got 270 on 270 off, i need to learn pretzel now!
 
This is my first year on twin tips but I'm setting my goals fairly high.

Goals:

180's on anything (up to like 35 ft)

smooth 3's on bigger jumps

5's

switch-ups

consistant rails

kinked rails

270 out

What I've completed:

small 3's on tiny jumps

consistant on flat 3's

180s on stuff up to 10 feet
