Like the title says. When does the white stuff usually start falling on/around your home mountain? For me its usually mid-late november and I usually get my first session done around the first few weeks of December.

the area around laax switzerland received around 3 feet 5 days ago in a heigt above 3000m.. but its all gone by now =(

Showdown Montana, in central Montana. Always by October, sometimes September or once it was late August. Doesnt start accumulating until late October - mid November though.

since they are completely run by manmade snow we dont usually get to ski untill mid december, no park till january. then they close in mid march. we have a great few months but unfortunatly thats all we get. cant wait to move to utah or somewhere.

my mountain opens in December and closes in march...we have a few pre season jams at my mountain and it normally doesnt snow till jan or february..sometimes we get lucky though.

skied sept 26 last year. bout a foot of fresh. then mid october skied some deeeeep snow on highboy, then the next weekend more deep on highboy.

well my hill starts making snow around mid october and we open around the first week in november

but we dont get our first real snowfall around 1st or 2nd week in november

first flakes usually late november, first accumulation would be december, and last is in march, but a snowpack never develops, its almost all manmade

last year it snowed in august up there!!! i dont know if that counts as it snowing as late as august or as early as august though.
Hmm for us here in central oregon it usually snows a couple times in september up at the mountain.

we usually get enough to open around thanksgiving give or take a week and normally go until around the end of april. This past year we rode until memorial day which was sick at alpental.

Usually early September, then real heavy through October and November.

During a good year, the mtn opens early November, before Thanksgiving.

Medium year, around Thanksgiving.

Bad year, early December. I actually don't know if I've skiied in a year when Baker opened in Dec. I think I just made that shit up.

But yeah, usually skiing in Nov.
