ok so i am a professional lifeguard and it is my job over the summer to make sure that people swim between the flags, dont drown and look at babes through the binoculars. life guard is a fucken awesome job since i get ride the quad bike and drive the rescue boat. these are ment to be done responsibly but when you have a good cunt senior you can do what ever you like. beach, boats, bikes and bitches i could not think of anything better to do (apart from ski) so i am wondering who else has good jobs what are the perks and if they can share some good work storys

I'm an official NS troll. I work to troll stupid posts made by morons.
PS: official vs unofficial lifeguard...LOL!

I install and remove fireplaces, chimneys and ducting. Perks include homeowners giving me beer, thats pretty much it. Love it tho

I'm a hostess at a Chinese restaurant... I'm the only one who can speak english so they put me up front to talk to customers

Over the summer I worked as a lifeguard in a water park. Perks included nothing because every person there sucked dicks n nuts. Staring at babes all day? Forget it. The only people that go to water parks are fat old white women and their children.

I am currently working at my local ski shop, which is pretty much the best job ever created. Perks include free access to the base and edge grinders as well as the waxer, getting to watch all the latest ski movies when no one is coming into the shop, and asking the bunnies how to get to chads gap without a billion other dudes being around. Shit rocks bro.

I dont have a job, i live off student loads that get cleared when im 50 and i can pay the minimum after uni until then. It has its benefits and its downsides.

I was a warehouseman for 6 months, making double min wage, driving a forklift larger than a F-150. It was the shit. I got to drive around a warehouse, playing legos with PODS, and could lift up cars. And I got to listen to music the whole time. And I was able to save up enough that I can goto school on my own, and not have to work.

I go to school full time

I'm a part time ski instructor

and I work part time for arcteryx clothing

And the best part about it is that all three of those things are within 13 minutes of my house!

Last summer I worked as a labourer for a roofing company, milking cows right now for winter work. The milking thing works quite well around skiing, because you don't really work during the day very often, just really early in the morning and then late in the afternoon. I will probably be working in the bush or in a lab this summer though.

I personally couldn't stand being a soccer ref. Having to get up early in the pouring rain just to get yelled at by some PMS'ing parents. I just couldn't take it anymore and said fuck that shit

I am a student, the great thing about it is that you can be awesome all day long and no one can stop you. the downside is you have no money

I've worked at a sick golf course near my house and at two different coffee shops. Golf courses was sick cause you just talk to people all day, work outside, free golf and MAD tips.

I worked at this dope african cafe which was hardly busy alll summer though and drank tea and talked to cool people all day while watching videos of african animals on repeat. T'was glorious.

Shift leader at coldstone haha it sucks but I make $500 a month so it's worth it. I smell caramel in my dreams though

I'm a treeplanter. I'd say my biggest perk is that I get to ride in helicopters to work some days. The novelty wears off pretty quick though.

i work at a shitty place with this guy

im a ski instructor, get payed to drag arab kids down the bunny hill all day.

but i also teach in the park which is slightly better.

I wish I had a job. I babysit occasionally but I don't make shit from that. I went to a restaurant the other day though and my parents are friends with the owner and he said he would hire me. He was really drunk though so I don't really know if it was a serious offer..

best job i've ever had was a summer contract for the 2011 canadian census. essentially, all i did was i supervised a group of people who had to go out and do work while having them report to me. i worked from my best friends home office, with him, doing random shit on a computer, handling phone calls and such, while watching movies n shit on the internet. i'd say in an 8 hour day i did roughly 2 hours of actual work, and the rest was chilling and just chatting with people, making sure they did work. oh, i got paid $20 an hour to do this. sometimes life is sweet. literally sitting on a couch with my friend, on a laptop, taking calls and directing workflow while watching movies and playing playstation.

Fellow snowmaker here, at least until we get enough snow to shut off the system. Then I'm back to ski instructing.

Where do you make snow?

Currently I help shoot videos for Timberline lodge, I also have been doing a little videography work for dakine recently which is kinda cool

I dont really like it either...but I get to choose when I work and that kind of money for a high school kid, cant really beat it..

Thi is seriously so much fun, did this for a summer at my local club.

Now I am a steward at a yaught club. I either help people out on the docks or drive people out to thier moorings. Definately the place to be on a hot summer day.

Just started at the Student Call Centre at my uni. I get to gossip with random alumni and ask them for ridiculous amounts of money. It works great with my school schedule and our 3.5hr shifts include a 15min game break as well as our normal break. Plus we get lots of free junk food/pizza and somebody this month will win a thuggie.

I thought I was going to hate this job but I don't mind it at all.

Part Time ski instructor at Centennial park (like 75 feet tall), while im at school

I also work as a freelance penis model
