jarett your a fool and im jealous of you because you got a quote in someones signature-RS4LIFE

mine was front flip on ski boards off a 2 foot jump. But on skis it was back flip over a table they are easy as hell i did one my 2nd day of skiing.

I did a front at camp last year. It really was just committing to do it. They're much easier to commit to than most other inverts.

i did a misty 5 at camp this summer off a medium sized table, landed my first one. Just throw your righ hand down towards your left ski, and grabbing is easier with it, it helps you to stay tucked, and not stall out. Make sure its a big enough jump though, or else youll under rotate and catch your tips. Water ramping helps alot for confidence for trying inverts as well.

my first invert was a backflip. i bailed on the first couple but once you get the hang of them they are super easy. i learned on a kicky jump at my friend's house into nice soft snow. basicly you just have to take your balls out of your purse and try it.

my first was a backflip and it was on a 25-30 foot table which was icy as hell. I just got hyped up cause i was with a great bunch of guys and went and did it. Luckily i stuck my first one

I did a back flip on a back country booter. Just find a jump with a powder landing grow a sack and try it. Backs are easier thatn lincolns

I did a front on skiboards, then i brought it to skis. I bailed pretty hard when i tried it though, and i haven't done another front since.

lincoln loops and then a back flip on the same day

my first invert was a backflip, i had been scared to try one on a trampoline and i finally did one about a month before. the funny thing was i was more scared to do it on a trampoline than on skis. when i did it it wis the biggest rush and best feeling ever. its amazing floating backwards while your rushing forwards and seing the sky and ground move by you. if you can set the rotation right (hard enough) and look for your landing theyre easier then 360s i think, jut take more balls.

... because pink is the new black

I'm weird, have never tried backflips or lincolns. Although I have been inverted when trying D-spins. I never have landed one too cleanly though. For some people I think it'd a weird feeling to go straight over for an invert. I used to dive, and doing backflips for me on skis, I still have a sketch feeling. I believe that they are easy thoug.

flat spin, then accidentaly on a cork three, then my attempt at a linclon even though i had no idea what i was doing and landed on my side

i tried a backflip. I had tried one before ever! not even on a tramp or diving board. it sucked. I leaned back and pussied out and landed square on my head. it was cool. I didn't get hurt because it was powder. then I tried some more and figured out that there is more to it than just hucking. I over rotated a whole bunch before I got the look at the landing and unrotate accordingly concept.

my skiing got to a point where my parents knew I was going to invert soon, because that's the stage I was at.

Well, we know some olympians, and we got hooked up with their coach. Water ramping. I learned flips the right way. the safe way.

back tuck was my first invert.

i would have to say my first invert was my unnatural dspin 1620 reverse mute over chads gap....yup that's it...it's all about commitment

i havnt done a invert yet but im gunna next season. i figure the frontflip is gunna be the eisiest off a powder drop

man i was just like u for awhile, i could never just gey myself to do it. the best thing though is becoming super comfortable on a trampoline first, and then just bring the same feeling into ur skiing. Can u Do a backflip on a trampoline? That really helps and i recommend backflips over lincolns, i learned the hard way, i stuck my head face first into the landing of a 30 ft table and it hurt but i was alright. and man try a flare in the pipe on a sunny day cause thats super soft that was my first time going inverted tables are the worst to try off of

next year i WILL do my first invert. it will be lincoln. then i will backflip. maybe a frontflip if im felling.. sausey.

did my first invert 2 seasons ago. tried a backflip at COP of the med table caught my tips when I landed and belly slide into the landing. It didn't hurt I got up and laughed hiked up and did it again. now I can't not land a backflip. They are a reflex. So just try it. commit and you'll be fine. I suggest back before lincoln though.

thx for all the response.... i gotta stop being a puss and just find a good day without any pressure and a nice jump and just go for it... i dont have a tramp but ill go to some friends and ill try a back on the tramp... i can never get my fear away on tramps either... maybe ill just get someone to spot or somethin... thx for the help and maybe a flair in a soft pipe might be good too!

if worried about pussying out just try some flippy-does of a sort of step-up style jump with a flat soft landing...you never get high enough to get hurt...works great with wind berms that have powdery landings. once you get over the fear of goin inverted on those, you'll have no problem sendin it of bigger jumps. I tried lincolns first then misty5...didn't even try to land the first several ones, just kinda rotated over to where I could land on my side and what not....unfortunately though, you have to wait a few more months

My future's so bright I gotta wear shades.

I miss my old signature.

i did a bflip off a like 40ft table for my first one, landed clean. arched and then i crossed my tails. yup

Frontflip. I just hit this jump and it threw me wrong and i landed flat on my back then i figured if i did that by accident i could definatly put it down if I tried. When i finally did it it was so awesome 1. because i just did a frontflip 2. because half my school saw it 2.because everynoe said i couldnt do it

water ramps are sooooo gay. Your parents are breading a fag. I learned flairs first, they're pretty safe because if you bail you'll just slide out on your ass on the vert. Commiting is the key and just getting yourself to try it, there will never be a time when it will all just come together, your going to have to scare and push yourself and you'll be a better person for it when it happens

frontflips that i still cant land, then backflips, landed on my head the first time i tried cuz id never done 1 on anything before, then after practicing on the tramp i tried again and overoatated, then i learned to stick them.

misty 5 on like a 25-30 foot table, i had done em all summer on the tramps and diving boards and was really comfortable with em, so i just went for it, 1st attempt i opened up to soon, 2nd attempt i stomped it

If you ever catch on fire, don't look in the mirror, cause I bet that would really throw you into a panic!

backflips are the start to almost every other inverted trick, so start with it

still have to get over the fear of taking a big hit and landing on my head, but also thinking about doing a flair in pipe next season

i just made goals for the year of stuff i wanted to do. then found a 25 foot kicker and went for it. and bam over rotated back and a half. then under rotated belly flop. and stomped clean third try. i just was like shit i gotta do it. it was 18 inches of pow.

a local skier dude made a huge quarterpipe in the backcountry, while everyone was getting the balls to hit the icy son of a bitch I got the brains to launch off the side into the powder. At first I tried flat 5's but they're not really inverted. Then at the end I went for the unnatural misty 5 and almost made it around, it was so hard though because you got barely any air, despite the fact that were were coming down from so far away, coming down a big drop, machin it towards it to try and get enough air and stuffs.

Anyways, just get a soft landing and try something that you're comfortable with.
