What's your favorite 08 ski movie and why. ME, it's TURBO simply because it's the best ski movie ever! Tom Wallisch and Henrick Harlaut are just so sick in turbo. If you didn't saw turbo... so what are you waiting for?!?!!?

Hunting Yeti. movie and webisodes. i dont realy know why but i realy like the skiing style and the way it was put together. and the soundtrack for the movie was the best suondtrack this year (my opinion)

i bought turbo and that was sick. But i recently saw Thats it, Thats All and it blew away any ski movie i had seen, and i dont even like snowboarding.

only ski movies i have seen are claim and under the influence. under the influence had some amazing powder and some crazy big mountain but after a while the big mountain got old. sammy carlson ws pretty sick.

the name claim pretty much explains the whole movie. colby's section was hilarious and amazing and the flying squirrel's save off the cliff blew my mind. i think there was way to much helicopter shots though

Turbo so far just cause it was SO sick, I loved Rainvilles seggy and of course wallisch's too, But i think The massive might blow my mind, i just have to wait and see

Slamina=Soooo good, and soo many bangersRoad To Nowhere=Crazy UrbansSuch Is Life=Crazy Editing, Good all around but to much big mountain

thats it thats all is really the only answer that people should have here, i dont care that it isnt skiing.

do you like planet earth? do you like feeling like youre riding around in a helicopter in the comfort of your own home? do you like triple rodeos? do you like people doing tricks into and off of trees? do you like fucking METAL?!

its got the best of everything.

and turbo sucked.

For reference I've seen The Fine Line, Under the Influence, Turbo, Journal, Claim, Hunting Yeti, Reasons and Massive.

My favorite was probably Journal. There was a little bit of everything and it really held my attention. Sick urban, back count boots, powder shots. Can't really explain it, but it was just my favorite.

Massive was sick too but i felt there was too much unnecessary cheesy cut scenes.

Hunting Yeti had a great soundtrack, and it flowed well. I really enjoyed it, but for clarification i only saw 1 webisode so all the footy was new to me.

Broadcast is pretty sick. Everyone kills it, and the format of the movie adds a good laugh, which is what skiing is all about, having fun.

The massive was pretty sick too, but I wasn't feelin' all the cut scenes.

i saw every movie at IF3, and since ive seen Claim and Under the Influence.
I have to say, besides That's it, That's all (which is the best ski or snowboard movie of the year), i think Turbo and Road to Nowhere were my favorite movies.Turbo had the best editing and the best shots, and the sickest segments.Road to Nowhere had insane urbans, amazing editing and producing, and the cinematography was just as sick too. The music was perfect, its such a perfect feel good movie. Stept is way too good.

Head for the Hills was better. I saw turbo first and it blew my mind, then i watched HFTH and it was doubly blown, like shit going everywhere

I saw the Massive, Reasons, and Turbo and they were all excellent. I would have to say that they were all even because they all had a fairly wide verity of skiing and unique cam angles which made some shots look really sick.

Turbo for jibbing and jumping.

Under the Influence for going balls to the wall on gnarly big mtn descents.

That's It That's All for making skiing in general look like 3rd graders screwing around in their backyards on the weekend.

get lucky. it had everything you could ask for in a ski movie, in moderate portions. havent seen hunting yeti or massive yet, but i don't think any of them can be so much better

Turbo by far gets my vote as best for the year with some sick shots......but Journal was def a tight movie too....

slamina! Steve Steppe is dope on rail and well as usually Henrik throws down! everyone is awesome in it. so sick

I can't decide between Reasons and Turbo. I might have to say Reasons because the Turbo AK segment was kindof lame. And Andreas's segment was super super dope in Reasons.

I really want to get The Massive because Tanner is super sick and because I imagine a mostly Reggae soundtrack.
