I saw that on facebook too. I don't think that's actually your cell phone's name. I'm pretty sure that "code" has something to do with finding a member of facebook and posting their name. It's a trick to get you to put in a random number (in this case the last digits of your cell phone number) to use that number to find the designated facebook user for that number.
