Some of your stuff is good man. For example the Water Droplets, macro shots on flowers and your long exposures.
But you need to be harsh on your selection of shots on your websites, like some of your landscape shots are abit washed out and no real subject matter. And im not sure what the construction one is making me look at.

But definatley keep it up, im not saying i'm a great photographer, but you have alot of potential.
