just curious I guess. Realized that my thinnest ski is 95 in the waist. A few years ago that would have been the fattest by far. it would be interesting to graphically see how much this has changed over the past couple of years.

a few years ago 90mm was really fat, now that is nothing.

The average base width of my quiver is now 108.2mm.

That is fucking ridiculous.

yeah, i thought about it and couldn't believe how wide they all are.

the prophets are fat, but the combo of spatulas and FFF crush them....=)

I guess I'll post my quiver and waists as well:

my average base width isn't wide enough, because my quiver conisits of one ski at the moment.

Which works great for what the east has to offer. Even tho i had Colorado mountain pass last year, i couldn't afford a pair of pow sticks. For the 20 days i had out there last year.

I rarely ski the Vipers anymore but I probably have the smallest base width, lol. What can I say, I haven't bought my pow ski yet.

Let's take a look... probably not anywhere in your leagues thanks to my rock skis and their skinny-ness.

180 Ar5 = 80mm

189 Seth = 95mm

191 JPvJ = 103mm

181 MT = 74mm

(x2) = 74mm

Altogether that's an average of 85.2, which is probably realistic I spose.

 
180 Ar5's are 81 waist not that 1 mm matters.

Mine are 03/04, I believe they're 80 mm, newer ones are slightly wider but I could be wrong. I should measure because my "191" Jp vs. Juliens are in fact 188cm long... Glad they fixed that sizing discrepancy this year, hahaha.

 
the length of skis varies soooo much.

My 179 Seth Pistols are longer than my 179 fujative.

My 179 Seth Pistols aren't 7cm smaller than the 186 Spatula...maybe 3 or 4.

My 190 Igneous FFF is about the same length as the 188 AK enemy.

I haven't got my in the mail yet, but I bet the 189 Seth Vicious will be longer than my 190 Igneous FFF.

Did you find your JPs felt a little shorter than expected, even when you remounted them back a bit? I do. It's odd, my Pistols feel plenty long.

Yea, they are at a slight angle, but true. Most people thought they were 179s as they didn't know I was so tall.
