Outerwear: Oakley Evo XL Ozone, Oakley Over-the-Top L Ozone, Smith Holt XL Grey, Oakley Crowbars, EC Headwear Biggie Tall Pink, Head Mojo Heatfit Boots

Yeah, I'm uber stoked on this set up.

hahaha, no man, it was taken in my parent's bedroom, which is absolutely huge. The camera was set ontop of a coffee table, with sofa's on either side, and the thing on the right is the end of my parent's bed and the thing in the background is the mini-bar. So, actually, lot's a furniture.

To each his own.

I personally am not a fan of looking like a punk kid on the mountain. I guess that's because I'm in my 20's. Nor am I a fan of paying crazy amounts of money for the G-suit (that everyone and their mothers have) thats only like 10k/10k.

Some of us here like to choose gear that stands up better to the elements, and is technically superior.

It's not ALL fashion :)

Cheers bro

^well I'm not hating just saying that you can have a suit other than the g suit for much less if you look but if this is the one you like that's cool i wouldn't wear it but that's me you shouldn't listen to others!

what is that, 5k/5k? I have a HOODY that is the same waterproofing as that. grenade's only redeemable quality is that their gloves are okay for spring park days.
don't bother with their outerwear, good luck buying something from them that lasts longer than a season. there are multiple companies that I'd rather support for the same dollar amount. for $170 you can find stuff that is 3x's as waterproof, and way better looking.
If you're into it, cool. If you want any help finding something worth the cash, let me know.

woooow. i just think thats like a racer old man suit. im not saying wear baggy clothes or anything i just think like normal outerwear is cool. that looks tight fitting and for a rich old guy.

OH and also your suit costs more than the g suit. check it

correct me if im wrong but thats 850$ retail. Thats what? a few hundred more than the g suit?

as for everyone having a g suit check out the outerwear tally thread right here and you will find its not so popular...in fact only 30 in canada. salomon rep told me himself.

dont assume im saying you should look like a punk. that just reminds of a rich 55 year old racer or something.

you may be be older than me but your definetely not smarter making comments like that one you just made. get your thoguhts straight before you say them. it might prevent shit spilling out of your mouth liek what you said.

Wow that reply came back in typical flaming prepubescent fashion.

Anyways,

Sure the helly getup costs $850 retail but its also twice the waterproofing and breathability of the gsuit. ALSO, if you read my post, I paid $280 USD for it. Thats like half the price of the g-suit.

It's XL and it fits baggy, and its all stretch material so its fucking sick.

Also, read the thread and you will see that one of the 4front pro's rocks that suit too so it's not just for rich old men.

"CHEERS BRO"

P.S. I saw two kids with the G-suit on OPENING day at one of Ontario's shittiest hills, Horseshoe Mountain. That suit is going to be EVERYWHERE.

So Cal never gets cold so I don't really care. I got a pair of their pants last season at a skate shop that hooks me up and they did me fine. It should be chill for like 90% of my days and when I hit Tahoe or Mammoth I have a perfectly good old Oakely jacket, its just been to the Himilayas and Europe and shit with me so its looking pretty tired. I just wanted to get something decent looking for cheap because the G jacket costs what I'm spending on skis lol.

If you want to recommend some better gear in the $170 range though that'd be way down. Thats pretty much what I was looking to spend, its just that most of the companies I know of sell all their shit for like $300 and I'm poor.

after I posted that I figured that it wouldn't be a big deal if you lived in So Cal. check out
geartrade.com backcountry.com puts up all of it's defect gear for 50% off or more. I get most of my stuff there. ( I got anthems for $100)
I'm a broke college kid, the only reason I have cool stuff is because I get proforms.

yeah dude half the price and twice as gay. maybe thats why no one has that suit? cause its gayer then two men fucking. fits baggy on a baby. your gonna be rockin a fuckin cameltoe all winter.
* CHEERS BITCH *
p.s dont try and claim cause someone who wears it is pro. so many pros have a g suit that arent punks you dumb as fuck 20 year old. try making a legit arguement. or go back to grade 12

guys, I think we have to calm down. Let's try and remember we're all here cause we love skiing and to have fun. Where whatever you like as long as it makes YOU happy and don't be so concerned about what others are wearing and what they think of you.
cheers

ahhh yes. the infamous kid calling another kid gay, because of his fashion

now who typically is VERy focused on fashion?

yo im ordering the atlas pants but im wondering what size... im 5 8' and pants size 32-32... what size are your pants and how tall are you and shit? thanks for the help. also how does it fit. i like my stuff baggy

G-Suit indeed. Home made beanie, westbeach bandana. also riding on JO Pros/ Liberty Helix/ Karmas with SPK Kaos. Other outerwear - HH francis 7 in yellow. Dakine gloves.

I'm a Medium in all Helly (size 30-31 waist dependent upon jean brand) and the Atlas run small and I HAVE to do a Large. Go XL if you want baggy. It's funny, only the pants run small, not the jacket at all.

haha so true. it is impossible that there is only 30 in canada. there were sooo many ppl rocking it on the opening weekend
