Is there going to be one next year.If so do you think that there will be more stops?

yea they should do one in the midwest there is defeintly some ppl in mn and wi and michigan that should have major sponsoships but dont

i thought the young gun open was by far the stupedest comp of the year. the final throwdown was on a bunch of 30 ft tables. and what will happe to the current young guns if there are more next year.

^skiing isnt all about how big you throw mang. its about creativity. you can be just as creative on a 30 footer as you can on a 50 or a 70 or w/e. its all about the mindset you bring to it. just look at how nasty shea flynns run was. you can tell that he could throw down when he was on the 30s even if they were only 5s and a switch 7 at most. just matters how creative you are with what you have... just my two cents

It was alright, but things could have been improved about it. I hope they do hold another one next year even though I won't be competing, I just wan't to see this comp. idea built upon and improved.

Along with everyone else thats said it, there should defenitely be a YGO stop somewhere in WI or MI, alot of skiers here in the midwest are just as good as people out west and east (not to start any rivalries) but its pretty much true.

I think creativity is waaayyyy underrated and that while style and prorgression are super important that creativity are equally important

theres defenitely going to be some awesome new talent up at whistler this summer, or at hood aswell. thats where alot of the new guys are coming from

I think if they do have they should have like 10 to 15 stops and then have a final comp where the 10 to 15 winners have a daylong session then the top 4 are the young guns

And then if they do that then they would be either on there pro team or an amatuer level team. But they wouldnt be considered that years young guns any more.

hahah i was gonna say that. we should get the to so it can drive to biuld a decent park is year

maammoth really doesnt have that many good locals aside from the pros that move there. the towns population is actually pretty small, just aLOT of vacationers.

everyone may be doing them but that doesnt mean they dont look amazing...funny how people rag on stuff just because it becomes popular or mainstream. Plus shea made it creative cause he grabbed so goddam late

Yeah they should stop at Waterville and Mount Snow I thought that course for stratton kinda sucked i think they could have a kick ass comp in inferno at Mount Snow.

If its every year the title of young gun would be way too diluted. So i think they should have it every other year.
