Hey guys! so here's the deal - i'm in the winter at westminster... it's SICK! i love it out here. over 500 classes to choose from and best part: 25 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Deer Valley, Park City, The Canyons, Brighton, Solitude or the mall... who goes to the mall?!?

so far we've gone on an interconnect tour of six resorts, talked with gold medalist skiers, shot guns at the biathlon range, watched the World Free-Skiing Championships at Snowbird, checked out a world cup freestyle event, rode snowmobiles and gone off a nordic jump!

the leader of our program, Sarah West, is über-connected in the industry and has hooked a ton of us up with internships and crazy good deals on gear/passes/food etc.

i know that most people dont like the school but the ski surrounding are killa. BYU has a better nursing program but you;ll have to deal with the mormonsm but UTAH has a good med so i would expect it to have good nursing. good luck

i don't know where the whole "crap education" comes from... i mean the business school is pretty solid here. and YES, they do give merit based scholarships in the 4 - 8 grand range usually

haha - mormons aren't as bad as people make them out to be... all they do is make kids in their houses and then invite you to come to church. they don't do any kinda missionary work on the mountains - so you're safe there... and hell, that's where you'll be anyways!
