You like hot sauce, want some for free? Help our business out-

number two, but what you should do actually is buy a couple of these, fill it with franks or something and put a fake label on it so its more realistic to make a judgment.

Number one is the best, corks are a bad Idea and I like the bottle better then 2 or 3 anyways, with 3 coming in second. 2 looks awkward.

I love hot sauce

its really between 1&2, the third one is too tall for hot sauce, and because of its shape could fall over easily, making your customers mad

that being said my votes for 1

deffinitly make it number one, and make it so you down have to shake the damn hot saucce before using it, i hate seeing the seperation of the contents

a cool looking bottle might get people to buy it...once. offer a good product and people won't care what bottle it comes in and they will keep coming back. pick which attribute you would rather tie your money into.

i like #2, i think that a bottle with some flaws/isnt perfectly fabricated gives the product an ironic high quality look that infers it was hand made and is unique. The other bottles seem "too perfect" and don't give the bottle a memorable look--instead just a really generic one.

i would highly recommend you guys consulting a psychologist for an opinion, you'd be amazed how much they could really help you. For example: Just with my minimal psyche background i can tell you that the #2 bottle will be by far most memorable to me b/c it looks like a patron bottle but has a distinct lid. The associate and distinctive cues i subconsciously used are greatly going to enable me to remember that bottle (although these could differ from person to person...)

- Point is, is that i honestly think a social psychologist could give you some really valuable suggestions on how to advertise an so forth..

i think the #2 bottle looks the best--maybe because I'm used to seeing a 300$ price tag on it, and i'm associating that price with a high quality your sauce has?--i never buy patron btw.

thanks guys we have offically gone with # 2 the top will be closed with black wax, semi- similar to makers mark....trademark info come back early this week, cant wait to get everyone their free samples, first i was gonna give little shots like in the op, but whatever ill send everyone who posted a full size legit 7oz bottle, hopefully within 2 months well be in operation...this was posted via ns mobile so disregard all the mistakes, Thanks again NS

Number 1 or the last one, considering you're making hot sauce you want it to catch peoples eyes and like most hot sauce companies make it sound almost deadly so the last one would be perfect because it looks like a poison vile and would be seen by, hopefully, many who make that connection.

i would go with #2, makes it stand out from other hot sauce bottles, therfore making people at least notice it when looking for a hot sauce.

Cap of #1 with bottle of #2. I would buy that fo sho, and probly keep the bottle for other purposes as well. That would be a sexy ass bottle... hawt sauce now?

I, as a hot sauce consumer, would like bottle 3 the best (for use) and for stoarge. storing one of those shorter fatter bottles is much more inconvenient imo

and OP I would LOVE to try some of your hot sauce :) im always looking for a new radical flavor for my tastey buds

my theory is that most hot sauces gum up when they wet sauce dries. which will make putting the cork in more difficult every time, unless you want to clean the inside of the bottle at the opening every time.

make a mini manual air compressor/sprayer like for pesticide but small enough to keep on the table

i think making your bottle look nice might be a mistake. The first thing people see is the product, but the second is the price and so people begin to associate a nice bottle with a high price, which isn't a good thing when your target demographic is middle aged men (and women?). Are you in any restaurants?

Number 1, has a rustic look to it, gives the impression that the sauce itself will have a nice aged-deep taste.

Twist cap for sure number one's cap is weird. Cork twist cap would be neat.

Number 3 for me. 2 looks awkward to pour with or dash it on with if you know what I mean. Same with number one. Can't like hold it with one hand and "dash" it on.

Marketing does play a big factor though. That chohula stuff is everywhere yet it's pretty much worthless.

Market your stuff right and you're golden. Hopefully the product is good, that's what matters to me. The bottle I don't really give a fuck about when I buy hot sauce.

ya man, applying the hot sauce is gonna be weird. i like to shake it on. for your kind of bottles you're gonna have to drizzle it. some people are so lazy they don't want to take the time to poor it slowly to make sure its just right before they eat. consider that aspect as well.

I would definitely go with the first one, personally i think the other guys are too formal in a way they remind me of like fancy cooking reagents and when i use hot sauce i just like to slap that bitch on and go at it.

I definitely like the cap system on number 1, it's a lot more practical and I find it more interesting to look at/it catches my eye.

I would prefer the bottle of number 3 though. Just judging strictly by the picture, it looks more slender and significantly easier to hold/pour from. I also find it more aesthetically pleasing, especially if the brand/sauce name was etched into the glass and with cap 1. I feel that would be a distinct look that most hot sauces don't have
