I dot know about you, but i normally end up taking a shit as i wait for the shower to heat up. and then its like well im not gonna flush if im about to get in, ill do it after. well that after is never remembered until later when i see a huge dump in the toilet. and thats what really grinds my gears

mainly the water heater. if you have a really small one it takes up the water and makes it freezing in my house. or some it makes it really hot. its a bitch

I think it actually has to do with your piping, the toilet fills with straight cold water so if you jump in the shower while the toilet is still filling you have to put up with about 2 minutes of straight hot water because all the cold is being taken by the throne.

depends on the plumbing in the house. older house have the plumbing set up so this occurs, newer ones tend not to. you can buy showerheads that prevent it though

flushing the toilet only affects the water pressure for like 15 secs... maybe.. I'm guessing you guys are using sub pumps, which create this issue?

It has nothing to do with a "pump" or a water heater. Toilets and showes dont have pumps in them. They work from water pressure. Flushing the toilet causes a drop in cold water pressure. If you live in an area with inadequate water pressure, old plumbing in your house (small main lines) or an older shower valve you will experience a surge in hot water as your toilet flushes because there isnt enough cold water to mix with it in the shower valve.

or you can just flush and than sit around for a couple of minutes, thats what I usually do
