You have to chose a single ski to use whole life.

You have to chose a single ski to use whole life: from Japow to the Ice coast, from the park to your urban spot.

What ski would you pick?

Line afterbang....1st gen tho. They gotta be clapped tf out tho with delam in tips and tails, and some edge missing underfoot ??

K2 marksman prolly in a 184 the 177s I’m skiing now starting to feel short with all the rocker

2016 Line Magnum Opus, I learned how to do blind 270s off and also have done my biggest cliffs with that ski. Absolutely perfect ski for everything although I would feel so bad doing urban with it haha

Probably a custom Jeff 108, 181, w/ a 50/50 layup and skin clip tail and CAST setup. I could see myself moving to something more directional and balanced like a Woodsman 108 for a lifetime ski, but I'll stick with the Jeff's as its the only ski I really know.

come back to this forum after you've tried some other skis lmao

i've tried literally hundreds of park/freeride skis over the past 20 years and the arv 96 is still a boss, there's a reason it's still around

i use the metal version for everything from rail days to pow days. i hate switching skis for conditions and ARVs do it all

Prolly a jeffery 96 cause i think its similar to the magnus 90 that i use on park and really like and since its a little wider itd prolly be decent for other stuff also the 2019 graphics are such beauts

Moment Deathwish, 184 cm, inbounds layup. Quiver killed for Atack 13's and Voyager 14's. Would never be sad to be on that ski, from the deepest pow days to the gnarliest couloirs.

Icelantic nomad 105 or Vishnu wide +. Good in the park and they would serve me well on pow days and for ripping groomers when I’m not so heavy in the park anymore

then again I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of the park

Vishnu wide 100%, I’ve skied cold pow days and sunny park days with the ones I got now and holy f word dude they’re the funnest ski ever

Nobody is gonna know these skis (lol) but my Slant diplomats. Bamboo core with carbon fiber layup below the core. 107 underfoot with hefty rocker and 18m radius. Does it all with a smile.

No one gonna chose the bent 100? Never skied them but judging by their popularity they gotta be a good do it all ski.

Ah yes, the monoski? Someone?

The Bentchetler 100 is the official ski of r/skiing.

Bentchetler 100s are pretty mediocre, yeah they're enjoyable sometimes but they are 100% not a pair of skis I would choose to ski exclusively

might be my recency bias since i just got on a pair of icelantic’s, but have to do it all i’d put my money on the nomad 105.

4frnt devastator.

never have a skied a more enjoyable ski in every possible condition than the devastator

2nd this.

Made the mistake of selling my old ones and missed them for 2 seasons. Bought a new set and am loving life again.

Jeffrey 108, best compromise for my skiing style. Charge pow laps jumping cliffs and sidehits and lurking the park doing tech rail tricks

+1 for Jeffery108s at 186cm for a true do-it-all weapon. Jumpline laps, some rails, a fun pow/chop ski, killer spring slush ski etc.

Realistically though probably the Woodsman 108 with how my style of skiing is day-to-day

BC 100 is a good ski, but also, it's a bit of the classic "Jack of all trades, master of none" situation, and there are plenty of skis out there that are better at most things than it. It also has a weird lack of perceived sex appeal, maybe because every sort of cool dad bought a pair?

I bet it's a whole bunch of people's favorite one-ski-quiver ever, for good reason, but I'd also bet that none of those people have ever heard of this website.

“A weird lack of perceived sex appeal” the most accurate 7 words I’ve ridden on this website to date

Damn you couldn't explain it better.

Putting another one in for Jeffrey 108. Super fun but will charge to the max. Haven't skied em in the park though because I love em too much and have dedicated park skis to thrash.

I love the Prodigy 1.0. I find them super fun for just bombing around the mountain, perfect in the park/street and they are decent in powder.

bro you gotta chill. first, you call out pinkcamo for "not having good street style" and proceeded to tell him that you owned vishnus. (when you dont) and then you decided to post 3 threads about vishnu's(thought u had a pair???),asking the exact same thing after people gave you the correct answer the first time. GTFO here.

come back to this forum after you've grown up.
